Food is usually very good. Service was not a pleasant experience. Asked for a soda to drink it came flat when replaced the second one was flat. Informed server and he set a glass of ice water on front of me and still charged for the soda. Also ordered an appetizer, it never came. Luckily we weren't charged for it. It's not like the place was overly busy. One other table had guests

Unsanitary place, the kitchen is full of insects, and very dirty. Don't risk getting an infection here, other than that this is the worst food in all of Plainfield ??

The restaurant is apparently closed. I've had 2 cancelled orders in the past 2 weeks and the parking lot is always empty. Shut down your online ordering if you are closed.
And after I left this above review, the owner accused me of slandering them and being a delivery person. I'm not a delivery driver. I was a customer for 4 years until you charged my card again for no reason and made me drive all the way there just to get a cancelled order receipt while in the parking lot 30 min later. Maybe fix your hours on Google or your direct website and close your online ordering when you are not actually open instead of blaming other people for your careless mistakes that send people back to work on their lunch break without any food because they don’t have time to place another order somewhere else. Very unprofessional response back and just bad business.
I wasn't trying to slander anyone. I really thought you were permanatly closed, but now I see why your parking lot is always empty. It must be the nice and professional service you offer.

Found this restaurant through a Google search and decided to try it out, since sushi sounded good. My friend and I arrive and immediately notice the lack of maintenance to the exterior and dirty/water stained entryway. The person who seated us was one the phone, barely looked at us, and waved us forward with the menus in hand. We were seated at a table which was dirty, so we requested a booth, but that was also sticky; the server did clean it off when requested.
We ordered our food and were discussing how empty the restaurant was (*no* other patrons) and how dirty it seemed, so we started looking at reviews....oh, boy! An incredible number of one-star reviews and the restaurant responded to some with unwarranted severity. This was immediately worrisome, and what with poor ratings of the food, we decided to leave. I've never left a restaurant after ordering, but we felt it best. Went ahead and canceled our order, paid $20, and scooted! We could see into the kitchen on our way out and it looked grimy and dirty.
Some of the reviews for the food were good, but we didn't want to risk anything after we saw that kitchen. Ended up finding a much better place to eat.

Entered this establishment with zero expectations because we did not see any reviews beforehand and was ushered in by a gentlemen on the phone and sat at a table that was sticky with uncomfortable seats, so we asked to move to a booth and they allowed is to without any difficulty. This booth, however was also sticky even after cleaning it. With these red flags, we decided to check the reviews after ordering. We immediately apologized and canceled our order while providing them with 20 dollars for any inconvenience. We were able to peek at their kitchen while leaving and there was mold or grime under one of their stations!

Food was just not good. Payed like $20 for FOUR pieces of the most disgusting sushi I’ve ever had.
Shrimp spring rolls were inedible. Had one bite of one and had to throw it out.
Cheesecake was alright. It was the only thing I finished. It tasted store bought and it was frozen, so $7 for a small slice was kind of ridiculous.
Payed in total $40 and I just felt robbed because I paid all that for inedible food.

Ordered online and was told 30 min. When I got there place looked abandon. Upon entering it was very dirty and clutter everywhere. Spoke to a guy who was very rude. He then started making my sushi. Got the food, left. Tried the one piece each, of three different rolls and they were all horrible!! Hands down the worst sushi I’ve ever had!! Stopped at the gas station and threw it all away. Complete waste of money
