We popped in for the first time tonight and had a great experience! For starters, it is not what we expected- you order at a counter and then your food is brought to your table. I really liked that, but just assumed you would be waited on. I honestly prefer it because you can grab your own refills! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The pizza was fantastic.

the place was extremely nasty and i saw rats.Also the service was terrible the waiter started to say racist words to me becuase im half black and half mexican and dont get me started on the food it was horrible becuase the meat was undercooked. NEVER COMMING BACK EVER AGAIN

But the last 2 times we've been there, they messed up on our order.

Ordered a Italian sub. Pd $15 for 2 pieces of salami and some diced ham some cheese and a bun. Was basically forced to buy a salad I don't want. Manager tried to smooth it over but by then ok wanted my $ back. Definitely wasn't impressed!

Ordered carry-out from Nonna’s and had a great experience! They even called back to let me know my food would be ready earlier than expected, which I thought was excellent service. Carter was very friendly and courteous, offering us plates and cutlery to ensure we had everything we needed.

The only thing I didn't care for was ordering at the counter and getting my own drink. Setting is like a sit down dine in restaurant, but service is similar to fast food.

I ordered from doordash. I've had the Amore in Brownsburg and was just ummm ok. I ordered from this one hoping it would be better. Well it was only 15 mins from restaurant to me. No silverware, no Napkins. Food was so small for $23 per plate and literally 1 1/2 bread sticks from a bag and popped in microwave id say. So I paid extra for extra parmesan. So much for that! Pasta size is absolutely ridiculous. Not even warm either, chicken inside was cold. I'm not sure how they are still in business as probably the worst Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo ever. I don't think anything is from scratch as I've worked at more than a dozen restaurants in my years. No even close to sub-par. Puccines it definitely is for the win or Magginanos. Both of course back on the Northside sighh. Money down the drain!

Its OK. I really want to love this place but i can't but it's still pretty good. Second time here.
Ordering food at the front door is terrible and confusing. I wanted multiple things but i didnt because i got so confused. What food i did order wasnt my favorite. I probably just ordered something i didn't like. I give this place 4 stars and try it out once more to see if it's better next time.

My husband and I had a great dinner at Nonna's. The air conditioning needed to be turned down, it was a bit warm in there but the food was awesome. I had the 4 cheese ravioli and my husband had the create your own pasta plate with spaghetti and meatballs. We had side salads and breadsticks for appetizers. Everything was cooked properly and tasted great! The presentation on the plates was wonderful. We will definitely be returning.
