I love noodles & Co, but for this location specifically… the Store is kind of dirty; often the bathrooms look like they haven’t been mopped, floors are sticky, and there are obvious dirt lines around the rooms where dirty mops have rubbed against the walls.

Cashier went back to fix food ( after he took my order and my cash payment) he didn't wash his hands. When we made eye contact, I asked him why didn't he wash his hands, and he said he's not my child. The manager had someone else make my food......PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS PEOPLE!!!!!

Waited for 45 minutes never got our food. We up to the counter 2 tomes to see if it was ready. The people behind us got there food. They had no clue what they were doing.
I got noodles here and ot wasn’t cooked much so told them to re do it and that time the noodles were burnt like you don’t have mid point? Food was very bad

The service is excellent and the food is fine. This location needs updating badly. The cooktop hood is sucking up instead of blowing out so the doors are incredibly difficult to even get open. If I was elderly, I don’t even think I would be able to get into the building. Every time someone went in or out of the doors, they slammed behind them. You really need to have a reputable kitchen hood company out.
