Called my mom on my way home and she mentioned she had a fever so I stopped and picked up some chicken noodle soup. I’m not entirely sure if I can call what I ordered soup though. When I got home and opened the container, there was noodles, some chicken, one singular carrot, and not even enough broth the fill the bowl 1/3 of the way. I ordered a little over an hour before closing so not sure why they couldn’t warm up some more soup. If this is an issue, they shouldn’t allow ordering before close. I called to see what could be done and the restaurants response was to send me a coupon in 3-5 business days. Quality is down, but cost is up. $7 for a bowl of nothing.

It's was my first time there. I absolutely 💯 loved it. They greeted use with a smile they made the food fresh and hot and was pretty fast. It was a great atmosphere.

I love noodles & Co, but for this location specifically… the Store is kind of dirty; often the bathrooms look like they haven’t been mopped, floors are sticky, and there are obvious dirt lines around the rooms where dirty mops have rubbed against the walls.

I felt like I was eating p.f.chang quality in a to-go box. I wish they can serve food not in disposable bowl and silverware.

Cashier went back to fix food ( after he took my order and my cash payment) he didn't wash his hands. When we made eye contact, I asked him why didn't he wash his hands, and he said he's not my child. The manager had someone else make my food......PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS PEOPLE!!!!!

Waited for 45 minutes never got our food. We up to the counter 2 tomes to see if it was ready. The people behind us got there food. They had no clue what they were doing.
