Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

Girls working the registers are always pleasant and the froyo is pretty good, but expensive. For safety sake wish they would staff more than one person at night!

I had such an amazing time here, the staff was amazing, Fenn and Reagan are awesome! The frozen yogurt was delicious and there were so many fun options to choose from!!!

The perfect sweet treat! I love the pineapple! The store is so neat and clean and Fenn was very attentive and kind!

The staff were so nice and the place was so clean. Lauren was especially nice and fast, she helped me with samples and checked me out quick. Would come again!

The girls here were so sweet!! They do such a good job cleaning the place despite how many people they have working. I usually get rang up by a young lady named Taylor and she is very kind. Great flavor and toppings options as well.

I had been to orange leaf only a couple times before and upon coming in the other day was delighted to see they added a “root beer float” like item to their menu. I asked Taylor about the new options they offered and she explained it with great detail and a positive attitude. I ended up ordering a S’more shake that Taylor suggested. I absolutely loved it! Taylor made my experience not only delightful but delicious. 10/10 will be coming back!

Some of these reviews scream I’ve never worked in fast food or I’m biased against the color of the people that work here and just want to complain because I can.
Y’all these are mostly teenagers running the place and I think it says a lot about the upfront workers that stay until late hours cleaning and closing up on school nights. I know I have seen some of them working several days in a row.
Personally we’ve never had issues there but I’ve definitely seen some people taking advantage of the girls working. While I’m sure things aren’t always perfect, I’ve never seen more than 2 people working a shift even then they are PACKED! Cut them some slack. I feel like I might have been there on the day the smoothie lady was there and what she didn’t see was the young lady was almost in tears over it, I could tell she was new. I also am certain you got an additional smoothie for free that day so I’m not sure what you are complaining about.
I only came here to review the girls working today because they were very respectful and kind when I was in there with my toddler. Remember these are teens and they are working for next to nothing doing a job you won’t do yourself. Be kind

Ordered at 1:49, did not get anything for another 20 minutes. One of the servers dropped one of our smoothies on accident and while this is okay, the smoothie was not replaced for a very long while and had to be requested for. I understand a busy day, just a really frustrating experience. :(
