Ordered at 1:49, did not get anything for another 20 minutes. One of the servers dropped one of our smoothies on accident and while this is okay, the smoothie was not replaced for a very long while and had to be requested for. I understand a busy day, just a really frustrating experience. :(

This place is terrible. Terrible workers they were so rude to me they made a terrible smoothie and didn’t like that I said it was bad. I wanted maybe a refund or a new smoothie flavor they wouldn’t do anything about this smoothie, when they “remade it” they dumped the same smoothie and just added more fruit. I had many people try this and they all said it was terrible. This smoothie was not worth the money. #dont go here #dont hire basic white girls

Xander was amazingly helpful. I got a key lime pie with chocolate, and I about had a meltdown because the textures and tastes weren't expected. I'm autistic, so textures are hard on me. They were so helpful and made me a shake so I didn't have to sit there and eat something I couldn't stomach. Amazing service and kind workers. Please give them a raise.

I love the Plainfield Orange Leaf! The recent updates that have been made - fresh coat of paint, new furniture, new light fixtures, and a new digital menu board all look fantastic! Makes it feel like a brand new place. All of the machines are working now so there are so many flavors to pick from. The staff is super friendly and I love being able to create my own special treat every time I go there. Super fun spot for celebrations, birthdays or date night!

Wow this place has really changed and looks like a brand new store! Inviting and professional staff. All machines are running, they constantly have different flavors to choose from and don’t get me started on that toppings bar..I have such a hard time choosing! Great job! Love bringing my family here!

This place used to be great. Now they run out of chocolate, lucky charms, and even the ORANGE!! SMH

This specific location is horrendous in terms of management. They do not take care of their employees or treat them with basic respect at all. They are one of the few remaining businesses taking advantage of teens just entering the workforce and paying only $8 an hour. They insist their employees get tips but this is quite literally false info. The owner, Stephanie, needs to catch up with 2023 and pay her employees a fair wage.

I like ice cream, it made my tummy go yummy, I go back every day if granny would let me! I love treats and smiles and warm hugs. ?
