Xander was amazingly helpful. I got a key lime pie with chocolate, and I about had a meltdown because the textures and tastes weren't expected. I'm autistic, so textures are hard on me. They were so helpful and made me a shake so I didn't have to sit there and eat something I couldn't stomach. Amazing service and kind workers. Please give them a raise.

I love the Plainfield Orange Leaf! The recent updates that have been made - fresh coat of paint, new furniture, new light fixtures, and a new digital menu board all look fantastic! Makes it feel like a brand new place. All of the machines are working now so there are so many flavors to pick from. The staff is super friendly and I love being able to create my own special treat every time I go there. Super fun spot for celebrations, birthdays or date night!

Wow this place has really changed and looks like a brand new store! Inviting and professional staff. All machines are running, they constantly have different flavors to choose from and don’t get me started on that toppings bar..I have such a hard time choosing! Great job! Love bringing my family here!

They are one of the few remaining businesses taking advantage of teens just entering the workforce and paying only $8 an hour. They insist their employees get tips but this is quite literally false info. The owner, Stephanie, needs to catch up with 2023 and pay her employees a fair wage.

The owner happened to be in the day we visited, and she was fantastic to talk to. I'm sad there aren't even a tenth the number of Orange Leaf locations around town as there used to be. My kids and I have always loved Orange Leaf! This location was well stocked. Staff were friendly and all the machines were working great. The toppings were well-maintained, too. Perry Crossing is a great location in general, so this is an easy stop over if you're seeing a movie or having dinner in the complex.
Good place but the only downside is that they don’t carry the coconut flavor all year round and that’s the only reason I go. The coconut flavor isn’t available anywhere else either so it’s very disheartening.

Nothing special about this place. Several machines down. The flavors were set up in a weird order to where anything swirl wouldn't have tasted normal. Ex- vanilla was by the key lime instead of by the chocolate. They have a lot of toppings but not many normal ones, in my opinion. Staff was normal. Atmosphere normal. Not bad not great.
