The girls that work there they act like they pay for the food and give you very little food and they’re so rude. They have no respect for customers. I was eating. I was dining in with my family, and there was a girl she was mopping around us, she was grooming around us. She was doing everything around us while we were eating and that was so disgusting. They also look at you in a very different way. These people are racist that work here.

Every time we go in this place they have a line out the door and every person working has no interest in helping the people in the store. They only care about the to-go orders and will have all 5 employees working on those and won’t even look at a customer. Save time and drive to Avon. They get people in and out lightning fast every time and you never have to wait on fresh food.

I used my rewards to order delivery and they never delivered my food. I tried to call multiple times but they won't answer and they were unable to text I tried to call this location and they refused to answer the phone. If you can order somewhere else do so because they do not care. I'm so mad I tipped him because he sucks at his job!

Probably the worst Panda Express. Orders are always wrong. Shame on me for giving chance after chance and not checking before I leave. The place is always filthy. Trash is always overloaded.

Called to cancel order lady kept hanging up and was rude. I wasnt able to eat my meal either.
Twice now we’ve ordered online to pick up and they’ve been an incorrect order both times. The first time, we ordered a plate with orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. When we received it there was only one serving of orange chicken and no shrimp. We submitted a complaint online and got a response with a free code for a plate. When we used that code, we ordered the exact same thing and this time got a second entree but it was the honey sesame chicken rather than the shrimp! Super frustrating.. when we took it up to the counter to fix it, she just pushed the wrong entree back in the bowl and replaced it. Kinda gross if you ask me! Luckily I’m someone who wouldn’t mess with the food but who knows if someone bit into it and spit it back out or something else! I think we’ll take a break from the Plainfield panda for a while…

I was greeted with smiling faces and noticed how clean everything looked inside the restaurant. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! I enjoy coming to this location because of how consistent they are, always impressively maintaining a high quality of food and customer service. The only negative is having to wait in line because this place is always packed. But that's a result when a place of business does everything right!
