Pick up orders are a joke. You get a text your food is ready and arrive to only wait another 15+ minutes because they never started it.

Edell was such a pleasure to speak with in regards to my order today. There was an item missing from my pickup order and she was so understanding about how I could feel about that. (Note: It was dinner time and I was already too exhausted from work to cook for my family.) She was happy to make it right. Outstanding customer care and service! There’s a few restaurants that could actually learn a thing or two from her skills!😊

Luscious Fingers

All I had to do was pay for my order after it was made. Cashier walks away and goes to a to go order. Un ties the bag and re ties it then just kinda stood there without adding anything to the bag. Then when I asked for soy sauce and teriyaki she only put soy sauce in the bag and had an attitude with me the whole interaction. Everyone else was very nice but the whole experience changed once I went to her.

The manager right now is the worst! A new Hispanic gentleman charged me $2 for 4 piece of shrimp. They had horrible service and had 10+ people waiting in the lobby.

I ordered my food online and had my boyfriend pick it up. I’m missing my large cream cheese Rangoon and 4 of the chicken egg rolls. The lady I talked to on the phone said she will review the footage and call me back. I ordered a total of 74 dollars. The rice is dry and the chicken isn’t even cooked all the way.

Definitely new people working here. Typically great quick service with good food but recently it’s been slower with alot of food coming out. The containers have gotten smaller as well $5 for this tiny one, I swear these use to be larger.

The girls that work there they act like they pay for the food and give you very little food and they’re so rude. They have no respect for customers. I was eating. I was dining in with my family, and there was a girl she was mopping around us, she was grooming around us. She was doing everything around us while we were eating and that was so disgusting. They also look at you in a very different way. These people are racist that work here.

Every time we go in this place they have a line out the door and every person working has no interest in helping the people in the store. They only care about the to-go orders and will have all 5 employees working on those and won’t even look at a customer. Save time and drive to Avon. They get people in and out lightning fast every time and you never have to wait on fresh food.
