This is a popular place. Their Agave Lemonade is good, they have good coffee too. If I lived closer, I'd join the rewards club.

We ordered soup and sandwich, the pick two combos. One of the sandwiches was made wrong, one of the bowls of soup was a bowl and we got a cup. The workers behind the counter acted put out. When I went to ask them why we got a cup instead of a bowl they poured the rest in another bowl and said combine them... Awful customer service.

The service is always amazing! The team always goes above and beyond to make sure my delivery is impeccable! 🥹. My dasher kept my coffee and they got me another one as well as a treat! I’m very grateful thank you!!

Every Panera Bread in Indiana need to come to the location to train on how to toast a bagel. Every single time my bagel is toasted to perfection. I pass multiple locations just to come to this location.

Amazing customer service. They know customers by name, are incredibly friendly, and genuinely seem to be interested in you.

Best Panera so far! We have been in many Panera Bread restaurants before and most are okay, but this one is impressive. The food was exactly as we ordered, and the service and cleanliness were excellent too! Although, I wish Panera offered some gluten free options. We definitely enjoyed this Plainfield, Indiana location.

For as expensive as this place is, you would think they'd get your order right. I don't care how many people are behind you, check your oder before you leave! French onion dip isn't cool with no ciabatta to dip in it...

I walked in at 7:20pm tonight, there was a girl in-front of the register but she said someone would be with me in a moment, then sat there on her phone I think??? Then another girl came in about 20 seconds later and said what can I get for you, I very politely asked “i know you guys are closed but do you guys have any bagels left today” and she said “uh, yeah all those over there” in a pretty rude tone. Referring to a single basket of asiago cheese bagels, sitting up on the counter, i was confused honestly, I dont know why I was talked to like I was stupid, It made me decide not to order anything and I walked away and said nicely,” sorry bye”, and the two girls just turned to eahcother and started laughing. So super rude experience will not be back here ever again!!!!!

I ordered a turkey sandwich and they gave me a turkey sandwich with a slice of cheese on dry bread with no toppings.
