They messed up on my drive thru order a few days ago and I didn’t realize it until I got home. Came in today and showed them a picture of my receipt and their mistake. The manager went above and beyond and I also got fresh muffins! Appreciate it, thank you!

It’s had been awhile since I’ve been to Panera. Had an impromptu get together with a girlfriend after we worked out. The food was fantastic. Definitely will eat here more often.

We ordered soup and sandwich, the pick two combos. One of the sandwiches was made wrong, one of the bowls of soup was a bowl and we got a cup. The workers behind the counter acted put out. When I went to ask them why we got a cup instead of a bowl they poured the rest in another bowl and said combine them... Awful customer service.
