Wish I could put 0 stars for what happened. Was trying to use rewards from my app and place an order but the app said it was closed. Called the Plainfield store to see if they were opened was told that they couldn't take phone or app orders in store only. Can't believe somewhere that delivers would shutdown the system that makes their money.

I had a surprise birthday party for a friend and I went to the best Papa John's ever! Shelby was amazing! She helped me decide what size of pizza to order and gave what discount she could! We need more people like Shelby working in restaurants. The delivery made by Chuck was also amazing! I will definitely be doing more business here and many of the people who attended the party. Everyone loved the pizza! Thank you so much Shelby and Chuck!

Need a Papa John's on Raceway Rd in Mejers Parking lot location. Closest one is off Perry Rd Plainfield Indiana but they don't deliver off Raceway & Rockville Rd.

My husband door dashes - he was waiting for these children employed here to get the customers order ready - customer calls the employee and they LIED to the customer TWICE!! They said the delivery driver ALREADY left with the food - UH NO! The delivery driver - my husband - HEARD the employee LIE to the customer as he was WAITING for the order to be completed! The employees fail to realize that the customer can CLEARLY SEE where the DRIVER is via the app! Corporate needs to clean house on these kids collecting free pay checks!

Not being able to deliver pizza within a 2.5 mile radius is pretty pathetic. If the business can do that can they do anything simple?
