My husband door dashes - he was waiting for these children employed here to get the customers order ready - customer calls the employee and they LIED to the customer TWICE!! They said the delivery driver ALREADY left with the food - UH NO! The delivery driver - my husband - HEARD the employee LIE to the customer as he was WAITING for the order to be completed! The employees fail to realize that the customer can CLEARLY SEE where the DRIVER is via the app! Corporate needs to clean house on these kids collecting free pay checks!

This is my go to pizza place. They always get my order right and it's always on time. Nice to be able to count on something these days.
The communication is absolutely terrible at this location. I placed an order on 8-14-2024 over the phone. I try to leave nice reviews and give people the benefit of the doubt, but I honestly thought I was getting punked. I called asking for a dairy free pizza (just normal pizza with no cheese). And the lady I talked to said she was the manager but she wasn’t sure if diary is in the crust. I told her everything online says no and asked for the ingredient list and she said she needed to call her boss first. She put me on hold and when she got back on the phone she said he didn’t know either. How do you not know ingredients?! Aren’t they on the labels/food items? She said her boss told her to tell me “look on the website for ingredients”. I asked where and she said they don’t know…. So you’re telling me to look online, on YOUR WEBSITE, but yet you don’t know where. She basically told me to figure it out and she can’t help me. Then she said the ingredients are flour and salt. That’s it…. Which I know is false. They’re probably in there but that’s not it. Then I asked if they could just change gloves making my pizza so there’s no cross contamination, because I’m severely allergic to dairy. I asked that and she laughed and said “we don’t wear gloves but we wash our hands”. And I apologized and she just seemed annoyed. I was trying so hard to be nice and patient. And she just kept making smart comments the entire conversation and she acted annoyed I was even placing an order. Sorry for bothering you guys! I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.
Dietary restrictions: Don’t go here if you have dietary restrictions.. they don’t take them seriously. Which stinks because some people can die if they eat something they’re not supposed to.
