Was door dashing and got 2 orders from this papa John’s. The employee that was working informed me he was canceling all door dash orders because they were too busy. No one was even making any pizzas.

Ordered extra sauce and received pizza with NO sauce. Also got 2 orders of wings and asked for ranch dressing. Neither order contained any dressing. Worst pizza order ever!!

Ate one slice of pizza and started feeling sick, not realizing that the pizza was infested with weevils! if you don't know what those are, they're tiny beetles usually found in flour or grains, and not only did I not know what these are because I've never seen/had them in my life, but I never placed the pizza anywhere near my own dry products. It's clear papa johns on Perry Rd has an infestation, presumably in their flour or dough. I don't want a new pizza, I just wanted you all to know they have bugs and not only am I never eating from them again, but I'm also seeking legal action.

Have not ordered papa John's since original ceo stated he would cut employees hours before he provided healthcare to them under obama administration, I gave them a chance to re gain an old customer today, the pizzas were extremely skimpy on toppings and crust was soggy, no chance in hell I return as a customer,,not satisfied at all

I don’t get the negative reviews. The pizza was great (lots of cheese), employees were friendly, and it was ready pretty quick (15min).

Food was 1 hour late even though it was a timed order everything was cold and it was door dash not their drivers will never order again spent 100 dollars really
Ordered pizzas thru app. It was ready before I got there. Walked inside and the girl at the counter asked me to wait, while she stickered boxes and told her coworkers about her reactions to medication. After a couple of minutes, I asked her again for my pizzas. She explained she had to get the stickers done so when the pizzas came out , the cook had a box to put them in. While waiting for my now warm pizzas, I noticed no hairnets, beard nets or gloves being worn, workers constantly talking over pizzas being made. Gross, we won't be back.

Wish I could put 0 stars for what happened. Was trying to use rewards from my app and place an order but the app said it was closed. Called the Plainfield store to see if they were opened was told that they couldn't take phone or app orders in store only. Can't believe somewhere that delivers would shutdown the system that makes their money.
