They were incredibly busy. I had ordered online only to discover that my order wasn't correct. It was supposed to be square cut but wasn't. The crew offered to make me another pizza so I waited perhaps longer than usual for that kind of thing but they were incredibly busy that night for some reason. Because of excellent in person customer service, will order again from them.
Worker Mari needs a raise! He seems to happy about this job. Was so sweet and such a gentleman. Brought it to my door even though I was going to come get it because of the rain. Highly satisfied with this papa johns and who they have hired
The pizza tastes great and we're regular customers. However they 80% of the time forget to give you sauces. And 75% of the time end up delivering the food later than quoted. Trying to get through to the manager is insane. They have this dude talking to you while you wait... He sounds creepy. When you do get through, they try to fix it by giving you half off a regular menu item.... It's really irritating.
