Love the steak and mushroom and cheese

One of the better Penn Stations we have been to. We don't have them in Arizona, so we find time to stop by when we visit family here.

First time ordering here and idk if I made a mistake while placing my order but my sandwich was extremely soggy, falling apart, and very salty. Honestly I’d rather go to Subway cause it’s cheaper and nothing falls apart even with more toppings.
I normally don't complain. The only issue I have with this location is that when you ask for extra of something, I don't get it. I had 2 sandwiches, which are good, but one had extra mushrooms, and the other had extra banana peppers, and neither had extra.

Food is consistently good, they always get your customization right and the food is always hot. Service is quick. It's also consistently hard to find a clean table.

Food was not how I wanted it, been here multiple times always been good but tonight it seemed like they did not give a crap. The little girl that dressed the sandwich’s was to busy on her phone instead of doing her job correctly. Very very disappointed

Guy talks so fast taking your order then appeared mad when I asked him to repeat himself. Sorry, not getting in a hurry for you, I want accuracy over speed.
