Food was not how I wanted it, been here multiple times always been good but tonight it seemed like they did not give a crap. The little girl that dressed the sandwich’s was to busy on her phone instead of doing her job correctly. Very very disappointed

Guy talks so fast taking your order then appeared mad when I asked him to repeat himself. Sorry, not getting in a hurry for you, I want accuracy over speed.

I used to love Penns station subs 20 years ago.
The times have changed.
Food is good but not like I remember.

Excellent customer service 👏🏾. Great clean location. Friendly and fun staff.

I don't know what happened but this location has gone down hill. None of the sodas in the dispenser were mixed correctly or were completely out. The bathroom and the entire restaurant were not clean. I have ordered the same sandwich for 10 years. This time all it tasted like was salt 70 dollars for a family to eat here and the staff just doesn't care and it shows. None of the several year employees were there that I normally see. Something tells me management changed. We won't be back to this location.

I've always liked the sandwiches and fries from this shop. Unfortunately they raised prices and reduced toppings a couple times now even before the last round of inflation. I just can't afford that price of a nicely toasted cheese bread. I understand costs have increased considerably but to be lucky to have an ounce or maybe two ounces of toppings on a $12 sub is a bit extreme. A place I used to visit once or twice a week has been reduced to once or twice a year. If that is a great trade off for price hikes then more power to you.

Staff is not friendly and seem
pretty put off to take your order. After numerous visits of feeling like you are inconveniencing them/him to take your order, we decided to make the extra drive and go to Avon. Great service there and friendly staff. We started going to the Penn Station in Avon although we live in Plainfield.
