It's honestly hit and miss with this location. It's always a 50-50 on whether we get amazing pizza hut pizza or pizza that is just bad. For example. Included is a photo of my personal pan pizza, extra cheese, pepperoni, sausage light on the sauce. The extra cheese is nowhere to be found and one section doesn't have much cheese and it bubbled up way too much.

I pass this PH everyday. Didn't realize they were even opened and now I understand why the place never has business. Placed my lunch order of a simple melt for carry out. Get there and stood at counter for 9 minutes after ringing the "bell for service" twice. Maybe they were back there being romantic or whatever. As I surveyed the very run down inside, I noticed on the end of the over was my melt. Finally the gentleman comes up to the counter, he said sorry for the wait. He was friendly enough. He gets my melt off the edge of the oven and box it. I start to attempt to eat this melt, and the Crust was impenetrable with one bit and crumbled everywhere with the other. I ended up throwing it away and just took the L on this one knowing I shall not visit this location again. In the photo, you can see the oil/sauce squirted all over the melt and box in what I can only think was an attempt to make it a little edible or soft. Huge fail.

I ordered something at 5:29 PM. I went there 6:30 PM. They told me they didn’t have my order even though I showed them that they took the money they sent me home with no food after after 45 minutes looking on their system they told me a manager will call me they took my phone number

It took 15-20 minutes to get my order even though it was ready since I arrived, it was at the back of the heating chamber but nobody noticed it. Also, I did not get my 2 cheese dips. Very disappointed

The crust had holes in all 3 pies and was extremely thin despite ordering the traditional crust. Also, the food was not ready and we sat in the drive-thru window for 48 minutes because they had difficulty getting the machine to function properly to cook our chicken wing order. This store usually has issues with quality and service. I doubt I'll order from pizza hut again

Sometimes the food is good. Sometimes it not. Last visit no seasoning on the breadsticks, they were cut unevenly. Some pieces were more like triangles than rectangles. Wings had no sauce on them. Pizza was poorly cut, but was hot and no other issues.
