Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It's either your food's going to taste real great here, or sometimes not. 😅 It's like they're 50/50 with everything, besides that, they're nice workers. Oh, one more thing, their bathroom smells like the sewage and is always dirty. Next time I visit, I may take a picture on how it looks, and post it here for confirmation on how bad it looked. 😅 The dining area's always clean. Overall nice workers, and ehhh everything else. 😅

Maybe it is just a northern thing, but I was surprised that these spicy chicken. It was not spicy like it is down.South.

I had recently placed an order on DoorDash for Popeyes. The driver marked the order as delivered, but no food was left at my door. When I called the front desk to ask if DoorDash came, they said no.

Because I couldn’t tell which Popeyes it was coming from, I started calling around. I called the first Popeyes that popped up in my area. When someone picked up, I was greeted with a very friendly “Hello! Thanks for calling Popeyes! How may we help you?” (Probably paraphrasing, but the friendliness was still there regardless.)

I explained my situation and the very friendly and understanding Nikki explained to me that this was the 2nd stolen order today. Even though she wasn’t sure that it was this Popeyes that I ordered from, she still offered to personally fix the situation.

She was the light at the end of this crappy situation for me! She has definitely balanced out my perception of humanity for the day! ❤️

Worst service ever, went and ordered a chicken sandwich fries drink and a large red beans and rice and this is a large it’s half full. Waited 25 mins for chicken, so I walked in to check and my food along with 10 other chicken sandwiches were on the counter. They were telling people 25-35 mins for chicken and chicken strips and sand which we. No food ready at all!

Made us pull into a spot to wait, decided not to make us wait, had an attitude the entire interaction, didn't give us ANY SAUCE for a the family box thing, and also skipped out on one of our sides? I want my $21 back like ASAP. Absolutely AWFUL. Would've rather drove all the way up to the Castleton one. This is our one "cheat" meal of our week and it's absolute ASS.

It's sad to get a 6 piece boneless wings and 6 piece tenders..and there is only 1 freakin dipping sauce..I ordered through the app and the honey mustard sauce wasn't in the bag.. but the 1 ranch sauce was.. where is the common sense.. 1 sauce for 12 pieces of meat🤦🏽‍♂️😠

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE, especially when ordering online, even if see the girl prepare the order in front of you.. spent almost $15 12/6/24 4:45pm

Hoped for more... chicken tenders were a little thin and kinda dry... enjoy side offerings.
