QDOBA Mexican Eats

Recently ordered a 12 person catering from this location and the amount received wasn’t for 12 people. Beware we got 1lb of chicken and 1lb of steak. “They lost the order” and I called the manager to let them know how much was received and he was rude, wouldn’t fix it and hung up on me. Beware, we had to stop and get additional food and toppings. Shown in photos was amount received for 12 people

So rude told me I could not have lettuce on the side so I could reheat it at home then told me I had be their before I have never been to the Plainfield one and will NEVER go back awful service

We catered a nacho bar for 30 people from the Plainfield Qdoba location. It happened to fall on an evening where a snow storm was coming in. The delivery driver still arrived a bit early, was extremely friendly, and set everything up for us. The food was delicious, portioned well, and they provided bowls & silverware. Overall a great experience! Will definitely use again!

I always come to this restaurant because I like the food; I'm a frequent customer. But today I had a terrible experience with this man. He's so rude to customers and has no idea how to provide good customer service. On top of that, he keeps touching his hair while serving food, even though he has to follow hygiene rules. They should take into account this man's terrible attitude towards customers and train him or take other measures because his behavior and lack of hygiene while serving food are disgusting. He doesn't even wear gloves.

Andres (I believe is his name) the manager who was not wearing a name tag, was very rude to me because I asked him a question. I knew I had to order a drink with my meal but the way he shrubbed his shoulders and told me oh well it’s just a drink and tried to be sarcastic about it saying it’s only $.50 more loudly was very unprofessional. He also got upset with the young man who was working with him because I asked for his name. He said “ why you say my name, why you give her my name” the young man responded because she asked me for it, sorry. When you are afraid or on defense about giving out your name, that’s a problem as a manager. Not sure why he felt it was okay to be rude and nasty to me for asking him why he charged me for the biggest drink. It’s my money to spend and I don’t need the drink, I had water in the car but I knew I had to purchase a drink anyways. However he felt about it whether it was only a few cents more or not, it’s my money I’m spending and it’s not fair that you made me spend more on my meal than I needed to. I frequent here and have only witnessed him be kinda rude to others but today I guess was my turn. Unacceptable!!

I want to say I absolutely loved this location. Its a complete night and day difference to the qdoba in Avon. The store was clean, there was upbeat music playing, it was slightly busy and the employees seemed happy to be there and like what they do.
The employees were friendly and chatted with me. I commented that this location is a million times better than the Avon location. And they told me they actually hear that a lot.

The person that served me was very attentive and asked questions about my order to make it better.
He suggested slicing up the quesadilla into smaller pieces to make it easier to dip in sour cream and the guacamole.

He checked on the quesadilla to make sure it wasn't gonna burn. It was delicious. It was warm and gooey and tasted like heaven in a quesadilla.
I didnt get a chance to take a pic cause i scarfed it down soon as I get home.

I stopped in for lunch tonight at roughly 9:45pm during a break at work. The food was very good, I had a burrito and chips w/ queso. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Gus. This was the first time I have been to this location and Gus was extremely friendly, professional, and made sure I was taken care of while I dined in. All of this made my experience a great one and I would definitely come back to this location!

My wife bring food for takeout she order for me chicken boil they changed full amount and you guys see how much they put chicken inside that’s rip off never came back chipotle is better than this place and she said people working there so lazy no take care CUSTOMER very rude trying to give them zero star, but I can’t

Meh not the best. Some of the food looked old and unappealing. I just didn't get the old food and my food was fine. Music was way too loud and annoying. Glad I'm out of there and i probably won't be back
