QDOBA Mexican Eats

I want to say I absolutely loved this location. Its a complete night and day difference to the qdoba in Avon. The store was clean, there was upbeat music playing, it was slightly busy and the employees seemed happy to be there and like what they do.
The employees were friendly and chatted with me. I commented that this location is a million times better than the Avon location. And they told me they actually hear that a lot.

The person that served me was very attentive and asked questions about my order to make it better.
He suggested slicing up the quesadilla into smaller pieces to make it easier to dip in sour cream and the guacamole.

He checked on the quesadilla to make sure it wasn't gonna burn. It was delicious. It was warm and gooey and tasted like heaven in a quesadilla.
I didnt get a chance to take a pic cause i scarfed it down soon as I get home.

I stopped in for lunch tonight at roughly 9:45pm during a break at work. The food was very good, I had a burrito and chips w/ queso. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Gus. This was the first time I have been to this location and Gus was extremely friendly, professional, and made sure I was taken care of while I dined in. All of this made my experience a great one and I would definitely come back to this location!

My wife bring food for takeout she order for me chicken boil they changed full amount and you guys see how much they put chicken inside that’s rip off never came back chipotle is better than this place and she said people working there so lazy no take care CUSTOMER very rude trying to give them zero star, but I can’t

Meh not the best. Some of the food looked old and unappealing. I just didn't get the old food and my food was fine. Music was way too loud and annoying. Glad I'm out of there and i probably won't be back

Stood and waited for someone to acknowledge me for 5 full minutes. Music so loud they could not hear my order. The woman behind the counter could not have been more unfriendly. Basically threw my food at me and then chatted up the “ people she knew” behind me. Rolled her eyes when I asked for a fork. Yikes and it’s 9 am ooof 🙄

Seems to be understaffed, the managers here are always rude or have an attitude , Paid $15 for a bowl with a Half scoop of rice, like 5 beans and 5 pieces of meat. How is 5 small pieces of steak $13!!? The person making my foods gloves were so dirty from the person before me , didn’t bother to change the gloves and that’s disgusting. Had quac all over the edge of my bowl. Will not be back. Not sure if they even wash their hands here.

Food is normally great - steak was a little chewy this last time though. Workers are mostly rude and not always super clean inside. But the food is worth it!

Dined in and it was hotter inside than it was outside. Ordering was difficult, the person could not speak or understand English well and could not answer questions about the food. Chicken and beef had little flavor, not sure what happened in the last year, but this did not taste anything like it used to.

Catered my daughter’s birthday party from here. Food was delicious and complimented by all of us! Only 4 stars because they gave us pinto beans even though we ordered black beans. Did not let it hinder the event!
