7pm~. Good food but the first lady in line was very unfriendly. Everyone could tell she didn't want to be there and she pushed us down the line like cattle. VERY unfriendly. Prob won't go back.

Service was fine and staff was friendly they were out of taco bowls and tortilla, only had wheat ones. Staff was working hard but when you're out of stuff it sucks! The wheat tortillas were not tasty and they were sticking to the pan and causing a big mess especially when it was being transported to my plate. Normally I love this location but this time they really missed the mark. Not to mention every table was dirty and trash was overflowing.

I was famished and saw Qdoba in the corner and hollered STOP!!! The team behind the counter was ready to take my order. The resturant was clean and not overpacked. Got my food to go as I was holiday shopping...my food was delicious!!! Looks never matter when you order a bowl it's all about flavor!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP FOR THIS LOCATION IN THE MORNING FOR PICK UP!!! I ordered a breakfast bowl from here and drove to go pick up before my shift at work. The doors were locked, I knocked and called out with no answer. Order was marked as picked up at 7:48 but never received my food! Called store location and the call wouldnt even go through. Judging from other reviews from here Id say there a big problem with this location at the moment. Don't waste your time, energy, or money if you want food at this location.
I had an issue with an order from this location and have asked 3 times to be contacted. That was six days ago and I still have not made contact with any manager or corporate personnel. Due to the lack of customer service I will never go to this store or any other store. Which is a lot for me because I really like Qdoba.

Visited on 9/29/23 in the evening. Only one employee working who was extremely rude to myself and my wife. The employee never greeted us and didn’t listen to anything that was said to her.If you hate your job that bad find something else. The manager of this store needs to revaluate the staff that has been hired or corporate needs to step in and see what’s going. Especially since every time I come here there’s a new face working - seems like extremely high turnover.

Been waiting in line for 20 mins and counting, at lunchtime on a weekday....ridiculous!!!Update: Its been a year since my previous review, and it hasn't improved. Here at lunch on a weekday and I'm literally the only person in here. That says a lot!

Customer service was absolutely awful. Literally waited in line for like 10 minutes and employees were so rude. One lady started our order and then walked away and then we ended up getting the wrong bowls. The lady who did our veggies had airpods in and wasn’t even listening to us. Then lady who started our order came back, but was told there was a pick up order that arrived and ROLLED HER EYES. So rude and won’t be coming back.
