Wasn't bad when I got it, a little light on the sauce but everything tasted fresh.

I had been looking forward to go to quiznos for a least a month or so when i found there was still a location in indiana. In plainfield. I finally had free time and even met a friend that lives closer then i did. As i order my sub. She didnt let me finish asking what i wanted and asking "NEXT". Like she is going to remember his order as she is stil on my mine.

It smelled weird and not in a good way. I should have known there was a reason to not eat there. There was no customers at a time. About 2:30. That i would assume on a saturday. I ate my sub later that night. Sat aug 17, 2024.

You dont have to worry abput me going back. I guess I was just too hyped up and instead very disapointed. And never mind the lady running that location is nothing of a people person. I will never go back. So disappointed

Quiznos makes the best sandwiches IMO, but not this location. Every time we have gone to this location, the lady is horribly rude. The last time (late last summer) we got sandwiches there she was still rude, the meat was old & tasted bad. I was craving Quiznos today, so decided to check the reviews to see if anything had changed for the better - new management, hopefully. Based on the reviews obviously things are still bad there, and obviously Quiznos doesn't care. They respond to the negative reviews to say they are dedicated to change - an obvious lie. I won't be going there ever again.
Doesn't even deserve one star.

This place is awful. Kinda dirty and looks like it is half closed up. The lady that runs it is rude and unpleasant. I stopped here against my better judgment as I have been here before and know how she acts. I hate giving my money to people who are mad you are there.

Wow what a rude ignorant lady at this establishment! No customer service skills whatsoever. We had a few questions about the food. She said can’t you read rather than being polite. Thank god we don’t live here so we don’t have to deal with this miserable person again! I read the reviews and a lot of people are complaining about this behaviour. If she is really the owner, maybe she should step aside and hire customer service reps who will do the job a million times better!

Quiznos is my FAVORITE sub place, and I didn't know they still exist until I drove by this place!I have a food allergy that requires me to review ingredients, and most places give me a hard time about it. I went in yesterday, and the man working was extremely helpful!!! He went above and beyond to provide me all the information and accommodations I needed!I will gladly make the 30 minute trek back here for more subs soon!

I love Quiznos. But this place was horrible! Very rude people. Very dirty inside the restaurant. The indian lady making my sandwich was extremely rude! I asked for a little more sauce on my sandwich she said you will pay extra! Food tastes rotten!

Great sandwiches. Way better than the popular company that makes subs. Wish they had more stores around town.

This is the last Quizno’s in Indianapolis and they’ve been around since 2001! I’ve been here a handful of times and each time it’s been a pleasant, nostalgic, and easy experience. The woman who makes the sandwiches is always respectful and we have positive small talk. Her daughter always cashes us out and is very polite and nice as well!Their ingredients are fresh, the sandwiches taste EXACTLY how they used to when I was younger and the prices/portions are fair.I’ve seen some of the other reviews for this location lately and can say confidently that my experience had been COMPLETELY different when I come here to satisfy a craving. I think respect goes both ways and this is a family franchise that is trying their best in being the last Quiznos in Indy. Kindness is reciprocal with any food service/customer service interaction and here is no different!10/10 location and incredibly grateful that they’re still around for us Quizno’s fans!
