Had the best table service I've had in a long time. Our waitress smiled, was friendly, and provided a wonderful dining experience. She was treated each of us, young and old with respect and kindness. I wish she'd had a name tag so I could tell her manager how exceptional our experience was. The food was good, your average Red Robin experience, and we enjoyed our meal. But having people like that, makes me want to visit again.

They messed up my order. I asked for jalapeño RELISH on my sandwich, which I had to pay extra for, but instead they put a ton of jalapeño on it. I took one bite and my mouth & lips are on fire, my nose is running, and my eyes are watering!! I ask for the jalapeño relish because it's not spicy like regular jalapeño which i can no longer have since my hyatle hernia surgery! I tried to call six times in a row to talk to someone and they kept picking up and hanging up on me!!!!

We came this Saturday around 430. The place was not very busy but still waited 8 minutes to be seated, that was fine it happens, we than was sat and put with a waitress named Zoey, we ordered everything was fine then got our food there was a few things wrong ( I didn’t think it was a big deal) I asked for it to just be fixed she proceeded in the kitchen where she threw a fit to another girl while I’m watching her freak out and have an attitude for what I thought was just a simple fix. The way her attitude was I did not feel comfortable any longer eating or drinking anything that was brought to my table. I normally come on a week day and everyone is so friendly. The manager did talk to my boyfriend and took off the food I did not touch. I appreciate that part.

The food was good. We specifically went to this location bc the have endless fries. They brought us our food with barely any fries. I let the waitress know I'm we need more and she stated she couldn't bring out more immediately and had to wait. We waited 15 minutes and she finally came back to ask if we need anything and I once again said the fries we were waiting on. I had to give my food to my kid so he had some to eat. We waited another 10 minutes and they finally brought out ten fries. We asked for another order of fries and waited another 15 minutes before they would let us order. They also were remolding which is t a huge deal but the were scrapping the floors up right next to us while we were trying to eat with dust and debris going everywhere. We might try this one again but unsure.
