Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Well this is a complete 180. Last time I was here with my girlfriend it was a 5 star experience all around. After today's experience, we will never go back. When we were seated, we noticed ants all over the table so we moved to a different table and told our server, Rachel, about the issue and she acted like she already knew and didn't care. As we're eating, the 2nd table we moved to had ants too! And her way of making it up to us was taking a few dollars off of the check. We should've gotten our food for free honestly. This is disgusting and we won’t be back.

The food was excellent as all ways BUT the service was terrible!! After the waitress dropped off the food we never saw her again until we asked for our bill. No refills on the drinks or the bottomless fries. Then when I asked for a to go cup for my lemonade you would think I would get a full cup to go but instead I got a empty cup to put the leftover of my drink I had for dinner in. Needless to say I left without leaving a tip. In the next few days to my surprise it was a $20 tip added to my bill. I went there and complained and told them manager what happened. They watch the tapes and took the tip off. They told me this wasn’t the first time a customer had a problem with that waitress. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location. It was an all around BAD experience.

Had a good time. The server was phenomenal. We had fried pickles (chips) then burger fries and mac n cheese. Everyone left super full.

Good little burger joint. The "Jalapeno Heatwave" was awesome. Bottomless fries and drink are an added plus.

A pleasant experience every time! The best crew, great food, and a real desire to serve and care for the customers! Angie, Jen, Mel, Anthony x 2, Trevor, Steph, Kayla, Emma, Sampson, Tessa, and all the folks behind the scenes are awesome! It's a pleasure to basically share a parking lot with this fantastic place!!

This was the first time we had been able to be seated and not turned away because they didn't have enough help. We sat right next to others while they had multiple booths or tables open. While ordering appetizers and receiving them, we were never given a single plate. We had to ask for more napkins. The fries were so salty that you couldn't even eat them. After we waited all this time to eat there, we were not impressed at all!
