Went for lunch and you order at a counter, but there’s no prices. So I ask the guy what specials and prices. He obliges and we order. Cotonou and it auto adds 20% gratuity. We then get our own drinks and sit at the one clean booth. Few minutes later a lady yells out our order and we go get our food. So why did we tip? We drove almost an hour to have dinner and my manicotti was not good. I have had it in the past and realize things happen. But when I sent it back they wanted to give me $6 off. which is sad cuz I didn't eat but a couple bites. Sad they didn't take care of me as a customer cuz now I just won't be back.
Sal’s, what has happened? Used to love everything I ordered from your menu, but sadly I have to say this past Saturday 9/28/24 when we stopped in for dinner, nothing was up to the old standards. The grilled chicken fettuccine was cubed chicken and not the normal grilled chicken breast. The fettuccine was soupy and had no taste.
