Food not good and bath room never look like they been cleaned

It's a basic pancake house, a tad bit under Lincoln Square pancake house. Service was good. Food was good. I won't return due to the fact they have trump shirts on display for sale. There's no need for this, especially considering what he's doing to the country. It's a sad testament and no business should have anything political inside it's doors. I've spread the word to my friends as well.

Gina was an awesome waitress , she knew the menu well. She was fast and courteous. She has a great sense of humor and would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at a local hotel that didn't have breakfast options, and happened to see this restaurant close - I'm so glad we checked it out! My (adult) son had the PB pancakes and I had the regular french toast. The coffee was pretty standard restaurant coffee, but the food was GREAT! Service was also awesome. I don't normally like to spend that much money on breakfast, but the portions were huge and the food was really great. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

I ordered pickup. On doordash this place has a Belgium waffle that comes with fruit topping, glaze and whipped cream. I got my order home and it was just a waffle with syrup.
I called and the manager was argumentative kept telling me I "ordered the wrong one" when I know for sure I ordered the correct one with fruit I even went back to Stacks and showed them. After a while of still telling me I ordered the wrong one she finally offered me strawberries to add on. But I wanted a refund or the thing I actually ordered. She told me to ask doordash for a refund, lord knows that will be a million hoops to jump through and probably won't even happen.

I have never had such a bad customer service experience, when really Stacks should be thanking me for pointing out that they have the item and/or price listed wrong on DoorDash. One thing for sure is as of right this minute they have a "Belgium Waffles Topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, rich whipped cream, and drizzled with a sweet glaze." for $8.99 on doordash. I just wanted my waffle with toppings 😞

I am Hispanic and the town is a majority white. Never thought this would be an issue but it was the Sunday I tried to eat here. We were in town for an event that happened the previous day and before we went on the road to go home wanted to stop for a bite. As we walked in no one greats us and 2 min pass before the host comes up with a hand written sign credit card down "cash only". Me and my family felt targeted & unwelcome. I don't recommend eating here.

Amazing food, quick & friendly service and great prices. I had the red velvet french toast & was blown away! Sinfully good!! I'll be back for more very soon.
