First of all, I want to say that I went there today, and when I ordered a Pink Drink, which is supposed to have strawberries, it didn't have any strawberries. I asked them to please put less ice, but they didn't care and put the usual amount of ice in the cup. At first, they tried to charge me $22 and some change, thinking I had ordered three drinks plus a cake pop. I clarified that I only wanted one drink and the cake pop.
I think that for customers to be happy, they should pay more attention and not be so focused on whether or not they're going to get a tip. Tips are given for good service, not just because you want to put the tip option on the payment machine. I didn't want to go back because my turn was already over, but it doesn't seem fair to pay for an incomplete order just because they were busy chatting and not paying attention to what the customer was saying.

This store is great and the staff is so nice. The weekend morning crew does an amazing job ;)

Had an unpleasant experience on Jan 5th with an older white lady working. About senior citizen age and her tone was quite rude and condescending towards us (a group of women of color). She acted like it was her first day working and couldn’t have treated us any nicer talking down on us. She needs to go.

Had a great experience this morning! Called to see if they had already made my drink as I accidentally mobile ordered a cold drink instead of a hot one. Told them it was fine as it was already made. Went to get my drink, and they gave me the cold drink and made me a hot one as well!! Great service!!

It is too loud inside the store. The music is blaring in an attempt to hide the sound of the fans.
Please just turn down the music volume.

Good luck buying limited release items here. We got up early and were first in the store for the Bearista cup and the older woman on register told us they had “two in the back” but refused to sell them with no real explanation. Not sure how that works for the first customers of the morning.

I was recently in Plainfield, IN for a business trip and stayed across the street. This was the most convienent location to get coffee and they are constantly bombarded by customers. I enjoy Starbucks Coffee and order it more often than I should, especially while traveling. While the baristas here were very kind, I have to say... the coffee was not on par with the rest of the Starbucks chains and very inconsistent. The first time I had it, the blonde was very bitter and burnt, so I tried the pike the next day... which tasted like the coffee to water ratio was wayyy off and the coffee was diluted with water. The third day, I tried blonde with a shot, giving it one last try... and it turned out to be undrinkable. For the amount of money I spent and coffee I couldn't drink, I would recommend going elsewhere.

And I tried their new strawberry mocha Frappuccino which I didn't like it at all it had a different kind of tastes would not recommend a drink but they do have some pretty good Frappuccinos just definitely not that one

I was entertaining company from out of town, coming back for a trip to Indianapolis and we decided we wanted to stop for coffee. I asked Google where's the closest Starbucks and was routed here. I felt pretty confident about that choice because I had stopped at the Starbucks many years ago on a regular basis while working, but was disappointed once we got inside.

When we arrived it was raining hard. My niece and I helped my elderly sister out of the car and through the rain to the front door. As we shuffled inside our hearts collectively sank - while the place was open, there was not a seat in the house. Not only no seats available, but no seats period. They no longer offer indoor seating. And for what it was worth, even if we wanted to sit outside in the downpour they don't even offer outdoor seating anymore.

So we shuffled back through the rain, by now thoroughly soaked like three drowned cats, to our car. And we drove three more miles to the Avon Starbucks which offers wonderful seating options and a pretty cozy atmosphere.

You win some, you lose some - but either way you do it standing on your feet in Plainfield.
