Stopped in this store this evening to get my usual hot white chocolate mocha latte made with blonde roast that I've been drinking for at least 15 years. My daughter worked at Starbucks all through high school and college and then managed a store for a while so I've had my fair share of these drinks from several different stores, cities, even States. The shop was hopping, line wrapped around the building for drive thru and also busy inside. Everyone I encountered was very nice was working great together. That drink was the smoothest I think I have ever had in my life. I enjoyed every single drop. You are appreciated!

I come to this Starbucks location often and all of my visits to this Starbucks location have been great. I recently went to this Starbucks (03-22-2023) the brista by the name of Maya had was really rude and disrespectful.

Now admittedly, I come a tad frequently, but the morning staff remembers me and is always incredibly friendly! The cherry on top is that I got to work this morning and completely spilled my whole drink on the ground. I went back and leaned on my trust in the team and they delivered! No questions asked, they totally remade the drink for me (I had photo proof mind you). Love this store.

The worst service in the world. Horrible drinks, horrible attitude, everything about this store is terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Each time I go here they always have bad attitude and give me the wrong order. From now on choosing to go to the Starbucks in Cambridge, way better service over there and they don’t get the orders wrong each time…I would definitely recommend not to come to this Starbucks location!

The coffee here has been so bad over the past few months. After the 3rd time of throwing our drinks away we are done with this location. Please do more training or cleaning the machines. It tastes both watery and burnt.

The staff were excellent and quick. The atmosphere isn't great since you order and go and can't sit to work anymore. The food is ok as it's frozen and microwaved.Parking: Park right in front of the building.
This location almost always makes my drink wrong. I keep giving them another chance but that stops today. I will only go to the one on Cambridge Way!

I usually go buy coffee 2 or 3 times a week at different stores depending on where I am. I can tell you that this has been the worst in every way. I don't put ZERO stars because I don't have the option. It doesn't even have a table so you can put sugar or anything else in your coffee. I don't recommend it at all!

The thing I found most preposterous about my visit here is that the Barista didn't ask me how my day was until I selected the tip option on the cashier screen. It seemed to me that she was much more interested in the button I was about to push than providing good customer service. She was a nice young lady but that did strike me as odd. I don't mind tipping as I have the means for it, but somebody who does not should not feel pressured to do so and they definitely should not be treated differently. The establishment also had no restroom and the Barista suggested I use the restroom in the Panda Express next door. When I used their restroom they informed me that it was it for customers only and that I needed to leave or purchase something. This was by no means the Barista's fault, but perhaps she could've provided a better suggestion for me than to use a bathroom that I am not allowed to use. The tea I ordered was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Atmosphere was dim and cramped and pretty much no indoor seating.
