The establishment itself is five-star, but the parking lot layout is one-star. Vendor trucks consistently block the drive-thru lane when delivering (understandably, not their fault). That forces vehicles in the drive-thru to pull to the right of the delivery truck, which causes vehicles intending to exit (one way in-out) to get blocked by vehicles waiting in the drive-thru line.
You are better off parking across the street or at Taco Bell if your intention is to just run in to pick up a mobile order. Otherwise, if a vendor truck is parked in the drive-thru lane, you will be waiting along with all those who are currently waiting in the drive-thru line.

The staff went above and beyond and was super friendly, asked for a drink recommendation, and they gave me so many choices and even a drink that one of the baristas made up themselves. Highly recommend the Starbucks.

I was really looking forward to my visit to Starbucks, but unfortunately, the place was not up to par. The store needed a good cleaning - it looked very dirty and unkempt. The atmosphere was not inviting, and it seemed like the staff was overwhelmed. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I hope they get it together soon. Until then, I'll be taking my coffee business elsewhere."
