Ordered SF protein mocha: not good! Separated in my mouth like curdled milk!! Beware when ordering. Cup was mostly foam. Half the weight of a coffee the same size.

Today (10/14/25), I stopped by for a quick coffee and had a brief mix-up while ordering through the drive-thru intercom. When I pulled up, Ashley thought I had said that I was having a bad day — which I hadn’t — but she kindly decided to pay for my coffee anyway. Her thoughtful gesture and positive attitude absolutely made my morning. She truly deserves to be recognized for her kindness and excellent customer service.

I am genuinely surprised that I have to write this review. But my visit to this Starbucks tonight was absolutely terrible in every aspect. The main problem however was the rude, indifferent, dismissive and condescending barista who for some reason decided that I did not matter and even after being the bigger person and not engaging with her attitude. I am finding myself still needing to write this. If this is normal here, than I am not shocked to hear that Starbucks is having so many location closures. Do better rude barista and Starbucks.

I've been visiting this location for about 2 months now and everyone has been nothing but amazing. Today 10-9-25, I had such a great experience with Hannah. Her delivery of customer was through the roof. From the time she took my order via drive thru and even at the window, her smile and Great attitude is just what I needed to continue with my morning. Everyone seems so uptight at other businesses, but Hannah really made my day. Keep up the good work, great attitude, and beautiful smile.

Ordered a bacon egg & gouda sandwich. Received it with raw fatty bacon on it. Truly grossed me out.
I am quite fond of this establishment; each visit is met with exceptional customer service, delivered with a smile, and the staff is always ready to address any inquiries regarding my orders. The order fulfillment is remarkably swift, and the accuracy rate is consistently high, approximately 99% of the time. Despite residing 35 miles away, I choose to bypass my local Starbucks, as I highly value excellent customer service, and this particular store consistently exceeds my expectations. I extend my gratitude for the care and attention you provide to your customers.

I have never received anything but warm, friendly and outgoing personalities from the drive through service at this location. The line moves quickly and my order has always been exactly how I ordered. I usually have them put two Splenda sweetener in my coffee and it’s perfect. Can’t say enough about the staff and service here.

This store is located right off I-70. I went in there for some coffee while I was on my way to Carmel. The store is obviously a recent build. This place smelled so good. The coffee was flowing. The barista was helpful with information about what I was looking for. The drinks came up quickly just as ordered. There is plenty of seating as well as outdoor seating. The bathroom was fairly clean. Someone was in there being very loud. He sounded like he was having a rough time. I wasn’t about to hold his hand but he sounded like he needed it.
