I would not recommend going to this location on the weekends. I sometimes go to this location but every time I go before work on the weekends, my drink is disgusting. I always order the iced white mocha. This would be the third watered down iced milk I have had. The week day’s morning staff is great. I love their drinks. But please, Starbucks, retrain your weekend barista. Definitely not up to standards for a $7 Starbucks drink that is not even remotely close to drinkable.

This was my second time visiting this location and both times we waited over 30 minutes. When I walked in nobody greeted me and they stared at me like I was a ghost. So I stood there for 2 minutes and finally had to say something. The service was horrible and my daughter’s breakfast sandwich was thrown together not cooked thoroughly. I only came back to this location because it was close to my daughter’s school and it was her birthday. Never ever again will I visit this place!!!! I get you can be busy but at least acknowledge your customers or even apologize for the long wait. I watched people order after us get there items before us. It doesn’t take that long for a some whipped cream coffee and uncooked breakfast sandwich. We waited so long she was late to school. I won’t be returning here.

Ryan, the barista, was very rude and disrespectful. Was given the incorrect beverage twice, and while waiting for them to make plot the third time, Ryan told me to step away from the counter and not look at him while he is working. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! Ryan could use some anger management….:

I come to the Starbucks every single day on my way to work. That’s all the way in McCordsville Indiana. And 98% of the time the order is never correct. Today, I informed the individual at the window that my drink was made incorrectly. It was supposed to have cold foam as well. So they took off my whip cream and put in cold foam. My order clearly states I want cold foam and whip cream. It’s a little disheartening when I pay for all the extras and the Starbucks team is not willing to make my drink as I requested every single day.

Friendly staff and service ! They are super fast in fulfilling orders. We stopped here for morning beverages during our road trip. Would recommend this place. Restrooms were kept clean too.Vegetarian options: Bagels cream cheese, Croissants hot and gold beverages

Not one to complain normally but my friend and I waited over 10 minutes for two drinks. I had also ordered a coffee cake and waited even longer and had to ask three separate times for it. We waited 20 minutes total for two drinks and a coffee cake. To me that is ridiculous.

I didn't get anything to eat, but it all looked great. It smelled so good inside the store that I almost ordered coffee! It was later in the day, so I got a pink drink instead, which really hit the spot and had the freshest looking strawberries in it. The barrista was very patient with my friend and I as we ordered, and the staff was very friendly.

On October 3, 2023 we ordered a Grande Cafe Mocha and a Venti Expesso Frappuccino via the drive through. Service was quick and friendly. Drinks were horrible. Mocha had no sweetener of any kind and the Frappuccino was almost all ice with incorrect flavor. I returned to store and talked to Gentleman at the counter who carefully observed drinks as he poured them out. He said he would have them remade. The young lady who was making the drinks was furious and repeatedly told the gentleman there was nothing wrong with the drinks. The remainder of the young ladies working that day all piled on and it sounded like a bunch of angry bees. First drink was remade and angerly slammed down on the counter top. Same with second drink. No apology, no acknowledgement of my presence. I took my drinks and left. The 2nd set of drinks were just as bad. We ended up throwing them away. We get the same 2 drinks at numerous other Starbuck locations with no problems. This isn't the first time we have had problems at this location but it will be the last. The unprofessionalism and hostility displayed by the employees was inexcusable.

My mom dropped off a large hot mocha and though well this feels a little light. What a waste of money! They didn't even fill the cup up! Oh lets not forget about the tip! Inflation is really out of control!
