This is not just a slam against this restaurant. This is a slam against steak and shake in general, They no longer care about their customers. If they did, they would get back to the way they used to do business instead of as soon as you walk in you hit a kiosk.

I made a complaint about the quality of my food I hateeeee complaining but felt silly paying for something I felt shorted in and they were so kind fixed the problem and went above and beyond and gave me even more chicken tenders than I originally ordered!! They were so sweet about it too! Didn’t make me feel bad or anything (: very sweet place. Customer service like this is almost impossible to find now a days! Thank you guys!

Less and less. I go to steak 'n shake because they don't have servers anymore! Why do I want to punch in a kiosk? Have some guy yell at my name and then not be able to refill my drink. Stupid stupid stupid! The reason people go to steak 'n shake is to get waited on!

We are from ohio and ours is way better this one in Indiana was not good at all We was literlly in the drive thru for 45 minutes waiting she had our shake order wrong even when the food was done the girl at the window did not hand us our food for a long time the frys were nasty and hard. Just bad overall

Wasn’t impressed, food was good. Not a lot of safety or hygiene when preparing our order. They wore gloves but never changed them.
I left no tip. Had no service to leave
