When we are celebrating, our restaurant of choice is Stone Creek. The atmosphere is quiet and refined. The food choices are abundant and every dish has, without exception, excellent taste and presented in an appetizing manner. Our server, McKenzie (sp?) was attentive without being overbearing, keeping our water and bread (fantastic!) replenished. The steaks were perfectly done. Very enjoyable visit for a five star dining experience.
Miso Salmon was amazing as always. The salads and house made dressings are simply the best. And the greatest news is that they have improved on the bread! It is more like it used to be, dense, moist and delicious. Can't improve on the oil...that is already perfection in a bottle.
I visited here last year while I was in town with a large group. The service was fantastic and food was good so I returned with my husband last night. Upon seating the host and server both asked separately if we were here for any special occasion. I told them it was our 15 year anniversary, which I stated on our reservation too. They didn’t do anything special. Food was good, but why ask if you’re not going to go out of your way for celebrating a milestone? I’m in the hospitality...
