I was extremely disappointed. I ordered curbside and they marked it as picked up before I picked it up (I am pretty sure this was so I would go in and they wouldn’t have to bring it out to me) I went in and asked why it said picked up and if anything was wrong the guy grinned then said I’m working on your order now. I said ok do you mind if I wait in my car or do I need to wait in here and he said in here is fine. Keep in mind this was curbside so you’re supposed to get everything and bring it out to me but instead I got my drinks myself which was fine. Then he said my order was ready and I almost walked out of the store before I realized he hadn’t given me my chips. I know it’s normal to get them yourself in store but again since it was an online curbside order I thought they would be in the bag. I got home and realized they barely put any of the Baja chipotle on there which is the only reason I get subway. So I looked at my sandwich and realized there were a lot of things missing on my sandwich. I know this review seems excessive but I had just worked a long day and ordered my food how I ordered it to make my night more relaxing. I could’ve just gone into a restaurant at that point because my whole point of getting curbside was to not have to interact with a lot of people and tbh not have to get out of my car til I was home.

Im over this subway and will not return! You specifically give them details on extra tomato on a 6 inch sub and they put 2 tomatos on there. Im going to stop this rant here because anyone who has been here know the people that run the place and understand where its going! Place sells bread at this point lack of meat and veggies is a joke for an $8 sandwich!

Listen, I'm not one of those unreasonable people who expect 10 pounds of meat on a 6 inch sub, but look at the pictures. This Is their Ned hot honey pepperoni sub. Saw it on the site and thought I would give it an order. After ordering it online and picking it up at the store, I got back to work and couldn't believe is. 3 very thin slices of pepperoni on the entire thing. And I personally think it was less than 6 inches but I didn't pull out a ruler. This is so very disappointing being the price I paid. What a shame.

I come here all the time. Never had any problems until i came in today as i walk in i notice the white dude working already has on gloves and pulls his pants up with his gloves that he THOUGHT he was finna make my sandwich with. I instantly walked out with disgust and then he proceeded to make the family walking in with them nasty dog on gloves. Where are the other people at because they would never.

Why is this subway always closed at random times? Like it’s closed right now at 5:19pm the sign says open till 10pm 2 employees just looked at me and looked away?? This happens almost every other time I try to get food here? What’s the problem subway?
