Called because my door dashers kept saying they didn’t think they were open because nobody in drive thru was being helped and the guy said “we’re just a little backed up on orders right now we can’t really do much about it” When i said i understand their backed up be he can’t ignore the people at the drive thru he hung up the phone . 0 stars .

On 12/19/2024 roughly around 0120-0130, I stopped at taco bell for a quick snack, and my total was $12.71, and I gave Tyleah F a $20 dollar bill, and my change that Tyleah gave me back was $5.25. Last time I check $20.00 - $12.71 = $7.29. I get it’s only $2, but the next time you try to do math in your head make sure you know how to subtract. I’m irritated because she sucks at her job, and she was extremely rude. Didn’t great me at the window. Didn’t tell me my total or anything. Took my money, and gave me my bag. She was rude when she gave me my bag, and then i went to confront her about the money and she acted like she gave me the right change. Very disrespectful, and will not return to this location.

I pulled up to the drive thru at 2:30 to get 2 doordashes, a total of 7 food items and 2 drinks. They told me to come inside, which is a first, and i proceeded to stand in the storm door for 30 minutes watching car after car go through. this is ridiculous. Time is money and the girl gives me the excuse of “theres only 2 of us” all the while all i hear is constant talking and laughing. Do better you children that are working night shift..

We ordered chicken because my husband is ALLERGIC to red meat. I called to let them know they messed up the order. The guy legit argued with me saying it said beef of his screen. I let him know it was no big deal but they could’ve killed my husband. Just a heads up to always check your order and make sure you have a receipt. It wasn’t worth a refund because we were dumb and didn’t check ONE thing before we got home. Once i reviewed the order, i called back to let them know it was an error on the screen. When i did, Cody reviewed my order as chicken. The guy who made my order blatantly lied to cover his butt. Nice.

I came to tbell after working 13 hours and got a disrespectful amount of food. I spent $10 for 2 tacos and 1 burrito that should be on a dollar menu. They also got the grilled steak burrito wrong and put in regular ground beef.
