It was a one star and it is another one start again because the last time I was there, they didn’t have the cheesy beef burritos, but I’m wash the street in Lynhurst Street. They do have the cheesy beef burritos and I had to wait for almost 30 minutes just to get five items in Plainfield. I don’t know if they’re under staff or they are just not paying attention not really sure. But this place really needs a manager to tell them to pay attention. If you’re a customer and you’re coming here be advised if you’re getting a big order you’re gonna be waiting at least an hour or more. I’m sorry to tell you the truth but good luck and enjoy the wait time.

Called the order in during my drive home so I'd be able to just pick it up at the drive thru but still had to wait 10 min in line. Thought the food would be fresh after such a long wait but sadly it still appeared thrown together. The chicken avocado ranch wrap was dry and missing the ranch. Skimpiest tacos ever and they cost as much as at the Mexican restaurant so it's definitely not worth it Next time I'll go somewhere else so I can get what I pay for!

Long wait for in-store order vs drive-thru. Food lot smaller portions size. Chips taste very stale. Just to add sauce the price is ridiculous almost a dollar just for a nickel worth of sauce to be added.

My soft tacos were cold to the touch. Like as cold as the Pepsi. Another place I won’t be going to. Food is expensive and it needs to be prepared correctly. And it’s a shame since 86 or 87 I have been going to various Taco Bell’s on payday. It was my payday treat. After this I’m stopping that tradition.

Manager is very rude. Most (not all) of the employees are terribly rude and give bad service.
They’ve been giving drastically reduced meat portions on their entrees. I’m talking 1/3 of what they’re supposed to give you. They also don’t let you order at the register anymore.
And the last straw for me was when I found RAW GROUND BEEF in my taco today

Not only will they make you wait in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes and be rude to you. They have also continuously messed up my order every single time I have been here. I have never in my life had a beefy 5 layer burrito so THIN. I called and they said they would remake my whole order the next day because this store is a little far for me to drive again. I drove all the way here just to be told they could only replace the 4 missing items in my order, not the entire $5 box made incorrectly. I don't pay almost a whole dollar extra to add sour cream on my taco, and burrito just to get none. Absolutely ridiculous experience and I will not be coming back and am filing a claim on the mobile app. Atleast W Main and Cambridge Way do my orders right, go eat there instead and don't waste your money here because you will absolutely not get what you pay for!

They were cars around the building and nobody is acknowledging nothing and this isn’t the first time it has happened and it’s like they just slop the shit on there when you do get it, there are two other Taco Bell‘s here in Plainfield, advise everyone to go to either one of those and not that one
