My soft tacos were cold to the touch. Like as cold as the Pepsi. Another place I wonāt be going to. Food is expensive and it needs to be prepared correctly. And itās a shame since 86 or 87 I have been going to various Taco Bellās on payday. It was my payday treat. After this Iām stopping that tradition.

Manager is very rude. Most (not all) of the employees are terribly rude and give bad service.
Theyāve been giving drastically reduced meat portions on their entrees. Iām talking 1/3 of what theyāre supposed to give you. They also donāt let you order at the register anymore.
And the last straw for me was when I found RAW GROUND BEEF in my taco today
Nope. This location wonāt be getting money from me anymore.

Not only will they make you wait in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes and be rude to you. They have also continuously messed up my order every single time I have been here. I have never in my life had a beefy 5 layer burrito so THIN. I called and they said they would remake my whole order the next day because this store is a little far for me to drive again. I drove all the way here just to be told they could only replace the 4 missing items in my order, not the entire $5 box made incorrectly. I don't pay almost a whole dollar extra to add sour cream on my taco, and burrito just to get none. Absolutely ridiculous experience and I will not be coming back and am filing a claim on the mobile app. Atleast W Main and Cambridge Way do my orders right, go eat there instead and don't waste your money here because you will absolutely not get what you pay for!

The last several times we have been there you wait in line forever. Itās like nobody acknowledges you. They were cars around the building and nobody is acknowledging nothing and this isnāt the first time it has happened and itās like they just slop the shit on there when you do get it, there are two other Taco Bellās here in Plainfield, advise everyone to go to either one of those and not that one
Called because my door dashers kept saying they didnāt think they were open because nobody in drive thru was being helped and the guy said āweāre just a little backed up on orders right now we canāt really do much about itā When i said i understand their backed up be he canāt ignore the people at the drive thru he hung up the phone . 0 stars .

On 12/19/2024 roughly around 0120-0130, I stopped at taco bell for a quick snack, and my total was $12.71, and I gave Tyleah F a $20 dollar bill, and my change that Tyleah gave me back was $5.25. Last time I check $20.00 - $12.71 = $7.29. I get itās only $2, but the next time you try to do math in your head make sure you know how to subtract. Iām irritated because she sucks at her job, and she was extremely rude. Didnāt great me at the window. Didnāt tell me my total or anything. Took my money, and gave me my bag. She was rude when she gave me my bag, and then i went to confront her about the money and she acted like she gave me the right change. Very disrespectful, and will not return to this location.
