Went through the drive through to order food and first the ai thing sucks but that’s known so whatever. The food was burnt and not even put together properly so my burrito fell apart. I also ordered and paid for 2 burritos and I got only one. I would go back but frankly it’s $5 so whatever I don’t care that much it wouldn’t be worth it with how the one I got was, there wasn’t any sauce on it. The guy at the window was nice so great job I guess.

Ordered from the app and waiting 22 mins in the drive through line only to find out they were out of the items I ordered. Obviously frustrated I asked for a refund, and was only offered a refund on the item that was missing not the entire order even though it was all soggy and old. I had to go inside and request a manager to take ALL the food back and refund ALL my money! The manager was snobby about the entire exchange asif it was my fault they messed up my order then messed up the refund, and wasted over 45 minutes in total of my time. Ended up getting jacks pizza from Walmart for $10 vs the $30 I would have spent on old soggy food that I didn't even order.

Dining area is closed so you go thru the drive thru and they screw up your order. The receipt was correct but the food was wrong and I'm not shutting in line again to correct it. So I won't be back.

Hate the ai drive thru. And the last 3 times I've gotten nacho fries and even got parked because they were making "fresh" ones they were hard and tasted old.. cheese cups are barely filled half way anymore also

Update: After months of driving by this TB to go to the others in Plainfield I finally decided to give them another chance. Ordered food through app and my chicken burrito had no chicken lol. One good thing about this TB you can guarantee you get store credit for your next order.
