Hate the ai drive thru. And the last 3 times I've gotten nacho fries and even got parked because they were making "fresh" ones they were hard and tasted old.. cheese cups are barely filled half way anymore also

Update: After months of driving by this TB to go to the others in Plainfield I finally decided to give them another chance. Ordered food through app and my chicken burrito had no chicken lol. One good thing about this TB you can guarantee you get store credit for your next order.

More than five minutes for Taco Bell is too long to wait. Twelve minutes is a disaster. Train your staff, increase your staffing, and invest in operations.
