Everything I ordered was pre-made except bacon all they did is cook my bacon sausage gravy was in a big crock pot waitress handled , biscuits pre-made put on a skillet toasted with butter 30 minute wait.. to the point I thought about paying for my coffee and leaving....

Very kind waitress. Food was brought out quickly. We were there at 9:30am on a saturday and got seated rite away. I would recomend this waffle house over most of them. Rachel was a great waitress.

I did not go it's too far... but oh man being here at 3am on a friday nite (graveyard) is on my bucket list!!!! I loved graveyard at Sambos in the 70s!!!!!! Just had to see how long s drive😁
This location was the saddest Waffle house I had ever been too. No one could be bothered to pick up the trash on the floor in the kitchen when it slowed down, they would rather kick it back and forth, the tables were filthy and when the young lady came to wipe it down after moving the employees drinks out of the way pushed a good portion onto my boyfriends lap. I asked for extra butter before my food got cold and she made sure everyone else had everything then asked can I get you anything else? Yes my extra butter.

The cook was standing around eating bacon and not getting the orders right the food was cold and the waitress was out of this world apologizing
We go there regularly and tonight our service,food and experience was totally below average and subpar!!
Plus the employees had the Air conditioning turned down so cold the windows were frosting updo they didn't have to be hot behind the grill was the first statement when we asked them to turn it down, but when you walked to the back area it was warm and more comfortable... maybe that's why they was hanging out back there... BUT, I want to say I normally don't complain but tonight I felt like something needed said... only because when you are served cold food and under cooked food I want it brought to CORPORATE ATTENTION because that can affect someone's health or life... The cook was to busy doing something in the back that the waitress did the cooking and I believe thats why things were cold and undercooked because she's not a cook but a waitress... our sausage was still pinkish inside and cooler, the over medium eggs were not cooked properly and the yolk was runny but the whites were still very clear all around the yolk and clearly not over medium , now comes the raw hashbrowns they were only browned on side of the hash browns and then the grits were so runny and not warm but cold...
And then when we brought it to the attention of the waitress she took her time correcting the issue and brought out grits so THICK and microwaved they couldn't be ate with the meal so I don't understand what the point was for this!! Really disappointed with the service and quality of this local restaurant because it has really went down hill here lately and the employees have dropped the ball here, sorry if this sounds harsh... I'm just being honest about what was one of our favorite restaurants to go to and enjoy their coffee,food and cleanliness!!!!!
