This was the WORST service I have ever had in a fast food chain. After arguing with the manager working the drive thru about the 2 for 3 breakfast deal (that is still displayed on the drive thru order screen), she angrily threw my food into the bag and tossed it at me. No receipt so I can’t even call her out on here.This is never acceptable and certainly not from a person in a leadership role.

Management didn't wanna help the cashier when she needed to take an item off. They were standing 3 foot away and when she asked for the 3rd time they walked away and then someone from drive thru came over and fixed it.

Always quick drive thru. Never any issues with orders. Staff always seems to be friendly and willing to help.
Normally my little older Hispanic lady is here and she always greets with a smile but this morning a heavier set white lady with long hair was here & she did not make my morning good at all ! I had to repeat my order 2x all for her to tell me she wasn’t by her register , then her attitude was really nasty , no smile , nothing ! Managers please retrain this lady or leave my lady there as she represents Wendy’s with a great attitude , give her a raise and fire this lady ! Very disappointed
Definitely one of the better managed Wendy’s around. Clean dining room, quick service, hot food.Dietary restrictions: Salads are very good at this price point. Excellent choices for those who are looking for something that is healthy and lower in calories.

Just went to the Plainfield location to realize when I was paying they raised the prices once again. And of course the food or service was not great. Just got done deleting my account and app. When it’s cheaper to go to a sit down service restaurant, it’s time to stop eating here.

The queso fries were just regular fries with shredded cheese on top. Queso should be melted cheese, actually more liquid than solid. Very disappointing.
