I pulled up to window. Asked for number one with bacon. She literally screamed back that will be a 15 min wait. I don’t think anything takes that long given there was not another person there. It’s just sad the service in this area with fast food. I get it the job isn’t the best but don’t have to be rude or say things that are obviously not true.

Seems to have been a change as familiar taste is no longer...hummm. "bland", still moist, same size?.....this was at Plainfield, In.Kid-friendliness: No toys but very welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out, wide aisles tables wheel chair friendly.

Of the 4 employees working, we only saw one person who was always busy working (mostly cooking) the rest were busy not working. One sat on a box looking at her phone. Even when I came to the counter needing something. No napkins available and the kid seemed really put out to go change it. The food was not hot. The buns were over toasted. The tables were not cleaned off. Of and it was just us and one other couple inside and no one in the drive thru. Won't return to this location.
