Just had the worst experience from a very untrained in customer server waitress. The server Kiaira B forgot to input our son's order. My wife and I got our food and after 10-12 minutes the server finally come to admit the fault. His food came out after my wife and I completed eating. With no sorry or anything. We had to ask for a Togo box because our son didnt want to sit in there anymore. She did not even apologize for forgetting to input his order and nothing else was said. If this is how service is there now, my family nor I will be back. Worst visit ever!!

Food is always hit and miss when i do order pick up from here —-This time was a less than thrilling food experience. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap- chicken had barely any buffalo sauce on the it (had to pick the wrap apart to see any indication of it being there). Also ordered a side of curly fries- other than them being curly they looked like and tasted like regular fries (which maybe im wrong-but thought they had a different crispier texture and seasoning). Again, disappointing when youre paying almost $20.00 for meal. Side note:the dining area was empty and MAYBE a few ppl at the bar— so its not like they were slammed and had a hard time keeping up with food orders. The person who brought me my food ended up being the best part of the experience.

Did not receive complete order. Called restaurant and manager confirmed the rest of the order was still there. Was no help getting the rest of order delivered. The food we did receive was cold and dry. Terrible experience for the premium you pay when ordering food for delivery. Don’t waste your time and money on this wings etc in Plainfield,IN.

The wings are great here! Fresh and made to order with a great selection of delicious sauces. Good menu and a perfect atmosphere to enjoy good food with a cold beer. And the icing on the cake - top tier staff!
