horrible customer service, they act like your not even here
Girls were both rude. Asked me if I had a door dash then walked away from me till I said I wanted to order. Other girl was shit talking the customers in the drive through cause she didn't have change. Said she's ready to quit. Grow up this is customer service if you can't handle it leave.
Clean but neither of the two employees seemed to be happy about their job. No greetings, offers to take orders etc.
The staff here is young, lazy and full of attitude. They are constantly messing orders up, not responding promptly to drive through customers and lying about flavors in stock because they don't want to hand pack quarts! This location needs a whole new staff or a board on the doors! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
I make an order for photo cack image on 01/29/2025, and on party day 02/01/2025 i called them to delay it 1hr i surprised the order is not processed and they didn't even do like this type, they only thing they did is refund me, but this is not a good way for manager to deal with issues, they ruined my daughter birthday party, no body try to call me even before at least 1 day to give me a notification about that issue to deal with another place, the bad manager at all, he is out of states and no one in charge to follow up on emails, even if they don't have this orders why they keep it online for people and ruined there parties

Whoever worked the late shift on Thursday, January 30,2025, denied my sick 3 yr old daughter service because I arrived 10 min before closing. I will be contacting the manager and your corporate office due to your rudness toward my child. We had just left the hospital, and she only wanted their ice cream, which was a favorite. The lights were turned off in my face while trying to place an order, and she refused to make a small kids ice cream cup. How much lazier can a person get when closing is at 10pm. Not your time.

Arrived at 8:30 pm and the lobby was closed, we proceeded to the drive through since the closing time listed is 9:00 PM. Unfortunately, it seems that the employees do not want to provide service to closing time as the person in the drive through said they were closed although they we clearly working, lights on, hours listed on the door. It’s very unfortunate that the customer service is poor and the hours do not match the employees’ work ethic. Being a person that has worked in customer service, it is clear that although the store is listed and advertised to remain open till 9 PM, the employees prefer to not provide service past 8:15.

Do NOT go to this Baskin-Robbins Their service is so bad they took so long to scoop three ice creams they took that long that we had to leave . And also one time they Did Not Even Serve Us They say Us walk in but did not care at all . ALSO THEY NEED BETTER WORKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMENED ......

Always closes early. I wish they would just change the hours on the door and online to avoid the inconvenience of showing up thinking the store is open like they say.

My SO walked in. No other customers inside. An employee walked by pushing a trashcan to the back. She completely ignored him. No 'hi, be right with u'. Just .... no acknowledgement whatsoever so we left.

My son went to pick up some quarts of ice cream for the family, and when he arrived at 8:27pm CST on 6/3/24, the lobby was already locked even though the door lists open until 9:00pm. Someone who was sitting out back with a headset on informed him that they were only accepting mobile orders at that time. I downloaded the app, selected the ice cream, and found that the pickup date for that day was unavailable. He told the lady with the headset that the app was not allowing a mobile order, but that we just wanted a few pre-packed quarts. She asked him if he had exact change, and he said he wanted to pay with a card, and she told him the computers were down. What is the point of even being open if your computers are down and you’re only accepting mobile orders, but the app doesn’t allow for mobile orders at that time? Horrible customer service. I imagine this place won’t survive much longer with shady antics like this. We most definitely will not return.
Whichever male employee works afternoons on the weekends is ridiculous. I can recognize his voice and am starting to think that he just does not want to make cappuccino blasts. It is awfully convenient that every single time I go there, (3 times now) the machine is "down for cleaning." I He sounds rude and completely uninterested in his job. I will be contacting corporate. This is ridiculous.
