We are experiencing a significant delay in receiving our food order at Buffalo Wild Wings (Portage, IN), having been here nearly an hour and despite ordering over 35 minutes ago. Given the moderate number of patrons, approximately 25, it is disappointing to observe that our server Robin is shouldering a disproportionate workload, attending to multiple tables and repeatedly apologizing for the delay, while other employees appear to be underutilized. Buffalo Wild Wings they need to do better.
Waited for over an hour to get our appetizer and then had to ask for our check because we had to leave for an appointment.

I don’t think this place has ever filled a take out order correctly. Cheap wings on special, so I keep going LOL.

I tried to use the on line coupon that I received for 6-free wings for my birthday, but I was not able to because the Portage, Indiana store does not participate in many of the deals offered by the corporate headquarters. I think that this is dis-honorable because the Portage, Indiana store wants to use the corporate name to draw people to their business, but they don't want to give anything back to the customer. They take but don't give even when it's a coupon/deal that is offered by the corporate office. This is the 2nd year that they did this.

My boyfriend and I came in tonight for bottomless appetizers and drinks! The food was delicious and everything came out super quick! Our server, Katera, was so sweet and made sure we were well taken care of! 10/10!

Not sure who our server was tonight I can’t remember her name (she was darker skinned) she is by far the best server we have had in a long time at a restaurant, we came in around 9:30-10 ordered food, drinks, and shots! I give her a 12/10 she was super funny and she was super fast even tho it was busy. The manager tonight was god awful tho, we waited almost 10-15 mins just to get greated, requested a booth he said sure, then sat us at a table after I said booth again very nicely, he said “there isn’t anymore they are closed off, ur telling me 4 booths are only open? But anyway we brushed it off since it was my husbands 21st and our server made everything better. So thank u girly for giving us a good time!!!

I visited 3W about 4yr ago and my order was the ultimate chicken nachos with no onions. The ultimate chicken nachos is the only item I order. Fast-forward I went 2 was ago for the same and today. I will never go back. The ultimate chicken nachos is the only thing that I eat from there and when I walk through the door, that is all I want and for you to tell me that I tell you I want chicken nachos, why would you ask if I want chicken? I will never go back to that particular place and they may be glad since I am of .
Katara is the BEST server we have ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings. She is the best!

I’ve only been to the portage bdubs a few times, but usually when I come it’s pretty quality service. However, today that was not the case. My friend and I were seated, and we waited at least 5 minutes to be greeted (if you’d even call it that), which isn’t really a problem but the lobby wasn’t busy. I understand sometimes servers just get busy with tables so it wasn’t a big deal. Our server, Katelyn, barely even poked her head around the corner and asked “what do you want to drink” no introduction or “how was your day?” The only reason I even knew her name is because it was on the receipt. This still wasn’t even a big deal, since I just assumed she was busy. When she came back to give us our drinks she asked if we were ready, which we then asked about the all you can eat deal. She said “you guys know you can’t share right? I’ll charge you for two of them” in a really accusing and rude tone. It was just a question we had and she immediately jumped to that tone. We said that was okay and we would just want a few more minutes with the menu and then asked if we could try the passion fruit nojito and the black cherry limeade. She said sure and quickly walked away. My friend and I were pretty put off by her attitude and wanted to leave and eat somewhere else, but we decided to stay since she put in the drinks already. Low and behold, she didn’t even put in the drinks! She must’ve forgot. We eventually put in our orders and asked about the drinks, to which she didn’t even apologize just walked away. Eventually she gave us one drink but I guess she never put in the other. She also dropped our food off without saying anything and never checked in on us. I never even got a refill on my water which was sitting at the end of the table for half the time. She even dropped the check off at the table without a word. She didn’t even ask if we would like desert or anything else, and didn’t even say goodbye or have a nice day. We didn’t finish the drink we got so we asked for a Togo cup, and she just said sure and dropped it off without a word again. This service was unacceptable and I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but I don’t think anything can excuse her bad service. The only reason I left a tip was because I know she has to tip out the bussers, seems as if I have more professionalism and common courtesy than she does when she’s working.
