To the young man named JOSH, I hope this gets to you somehow - who works at Dunkin’ Donuts on Route ‘6 by the theater, thank YOU and I SEEN YOU - for being the ONLY ONE when myself and a few others came in from 3o’clock - 330 today while the other members were in the back having a party… Handling the LONG LINE drive-through, taking online orders, making the food and coffee - NOT COMPLAINING FOR A SECOND - if anyone from his management team sees this give that young man a RAISE asap !! PLZ rewatch the footage from that time 08/13/2025 3pm-3:30 because that was absolutely ridiculous .  The second myself & another said something 3 waddled out and began helping .

Never once did they fill my matcha latte even 3/4 full, no matter the size, the cup is always half empty.
Cheap owners. Miserable staff. Stale donuts even early in the morning.

Disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a flavored latte and didn’t receive the flavor I paid for. On top of that, the food was cold, which really took away from the experience. Despite having five employees on duty, it still took several minutes before anyone even acknowledged or took my order. Overall, not the level of service or quality I expect from Dunkin’.

I went through the drive thru around 8:30-9pm on 7/28/2025 , there was three people working , 2 girls and a boy . I was picking up an order for uber eats , which they were out of the items the customer wanted . They were able to substitute the items but then the older lady told me it was going to be. 10-15 minute wait for the ICECREAM. There was no cars in the drive thru (I was the only one ) & the lobby was locked. I asked her why is it going to take 10-15 minutes for ice cream she said they had to scoop the Ice cream and get a pop.... I said that shouldn't take 15 min she stated well it is and slammed the drive thru window in my face . Of course when I asked for a manager her and the boy failed to give me that information and told me the manager is never there and they aren't allowed to give that out . I called the next morning to complain to the manager about the situation and she immediately offered to correct the issue with the night crew. She was nice about the situation and very understanding. I personally would never get anything from this location at night . They really put a nasty taste in my mouth and that's off of delivering someone else's order

Food was burnt Make you wait for an hour of your food when no customers were even their,you tell them what you order and make you wait another hour and they come back a question what did you order and you literally told them. One worker was eating on job while waiting for my food, one I got it the sandwiches were Burnt and the hasbrowns tasted like barley cooked it. Would recommend go to another better Dunkin’ Donuts who aren’t lazy and make you wait for food. P.S. this happened more then once

I’ve been to this Dunkin twice now, and they’ve messed up my order. Duncan is not cheap and it’s upsetting to get the wrong thing after you paid for it. Check your orders before you leave. The window tasted as well because they continuously mess up.
