The absolute worst Dunkin/baskin I’ve been to. Every time you try to order something they’re out of it or equipment issues. Today I was told the “mocha cappuccino blast machine is frozen”. The “mocha blast machine” is a blender and to my knowledge they do not freeze… worst and laziest employees ever. Don’t waste your time go anywhere else.

My teenage daughter went there one morning before school and the lady there with a tattoo on her neck cursed my child out because my daughter told them they burnt her sandwich and forgot her hash browns. The staff was very rude to her and my daughter is the shy and timid type so she didn't go in there looking for trouble. I called corporate and the owner and manager has not reached out to me yet regarding this matter and it's been a week.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in America employees are always rude you wait 10 minutes to order watching the person with a headset on smoke in the back. The customer service im not exaggerating is always horrific there’s never a thank you or a have a good day so glad I’m moving away from this location because it actually sucks. Drinks never taste right or are consistent. Completely depends who’s working or what time you go there it’s ridiculous management needs to get their shit together.

This is honestly the worst location in the whole NWI area. All of the workers are rude and they get my order wrong almost every time. Today the lady said she couldn't hear me at the speaker and started yelling at me to speak up. I don't understand why it's so hard for these ladies to be nice.

No thank you’s, no please, no goodmorning, no have a good day. Customer service and hospitality is a huge part of fast food and this location is lacking in that department immensely.

Got a frozen coffee pumpkin spice and was in a hurry to leave but got to where I was going on this was horrible it tasted like plain milk with ice no pumpkin spice flavor at all will not return bought 2 of them waste of 12.00
