I had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin’. The drive-thru line was extremely long, and I waited over 20 minutes just to place my order. When I finally got to the speaker, the employee repeatedly interrupted me and told me that “all I had to say was the name of the drink,” even though I had customizations. Because I wasn’t allowed to finish ordering, my drink was made incorrectly. Overall, the experience felt rushed and dismissive, and I left disappointed.

Every single time I’ve been here it’s been terrible- today an employee screaming, all of our drinks made wrong. My coffee was water (Luke warm) with some random creamer with a hint of peppermint, other coffee was left without any of requested & paid for add- ins. Atmosphere is terrible & attitude of employees is equal.

This is not the first time this location has been short and rude for no reason, but today was honestly a last straw. After receiving my coffee I saw it was made wrong and asked it be remade with the right ingredients. To which I received skepticism over why I needed it remade. This employee then proceeded to give me back my same drink claiming it was made correct the first time, practically shooing me out of the drive thru. As I pulled away and tried the drink I immediately tasted the granulated sugar she claimed wasn’t in my iced coffee. When I went in to have it fixed the same employee refused to make contact with me, leaving me to stand for 10 minutes until a different employee finally noticed me. I’ve been coming to this dunkin for a few years now and I’m not sure what’s happened in the past 6 months or so that everyone there is miserable and has ZERO customer service.
A Frozen Mocha is my go to here. Delicious and consistent.

Stay in the drive thru for 11 minutes waiting to place my order and all I keep on hearing in the microphone was to wait a minute. But I can hear a whole conversation as I'm waiting to place my order. It's not the first time I had problems here I recommend everybody go to dunkin' donuts on Central avenue.

Constantly gets orders wrong. I’m one to give chances and know things happen but all the time they get something wrong and are very slow and sometimes rude. Please go to a different one rather than have to repeat your order multiple times.

Absolutely awful store. The woman at the drive through sounded like she'd rather be dead than at work. Rude and dismissive. No straws, no napkins, gave my wife the wrong muffin. I asked for a toasted everything bagel. Received a hard, seemingly uncooked day old bagel. Not toasted at all. Couldn't have screwed up any worse. If I could, I would have left ZERO stars. Fire the whole staff and start from scratch.

Last time I was in there about noon some crazy older employee was yelling at employees right in front of customers and each other. Seems like everytime I go to this location that crazy older lady is screaming at someone.

Employees obviously did not want to be there. Got the wrong sandwich, had to pull around and wait online again. Got to the windows, they acted like they didn't know why I was back. Took my receipt, another person said can I have the sandwich back, I said why can't I keep it, she rudely said, well, keep it then. I did mouth a not nice word to her, she must of read my lips. Told the manager, manager came out and rudely said don't call my Employees names. I said I was sorry, but was pissed off at the time. They banned me. Never got the sandwich. I was wrong calling the rude employee a name, but they were rude to me for something that was their fault. Those employees are just miserable. No work ethic anymore around here.
