2 sandwiches ordered 1 had no meat at all, called the person in charge was not very nice will never go back they are the worst

I walked in to place an order for lunch for takeout. I was not greeted upon walking in. I still continued to walk to the counter to place an order. Before ordering I asked the host “What all comes on the sandwich?” (Inquiring about the Large Steak & Cheese). The host then said “Mayo, cheese, onions & bell peppers”. I then said “okay, I’ll take that with extra cheese and extra mayo”. I proceeded to purchase the sandwich and combo ($22.33). When I get to work, and as I’m about to get ready to eat, I look on the sandwich and see that it has mustard all on it. I then called the restaurant to speak to someone about it, and the lady that I spoke with was rude. She told me that all the sandwiches come with mustard, and I never said I didn’t want mustard because it wasn’t noted. I tried explaining that the host never told me it comes with mustard and I “asked” what all comes on the sandwich and he listed everything but that! The lady then proceeded to say “well there’s no way to verify that”. I said are you serious, verify? She continues to say well if you can’t bring the sandwich back, then it’s nothing we can do. I tried explaining that I’m at work in a different city and that was just a place I stopped at. She didn’t care. Nor did she have enough care or exercise any customer service skills with just apologizing about the order just being wrong. A simple apology could have sufficed. I can accept an order being wrong it happens, but poor customer service and talking to customers that way I will not! Customers is what keeps the business running!
