The 2nd time the restaurant has run out of Ketsup when I have stopped in on my way to Chicago. Please post a sign at ordering or tell the customers so we can go to a different McDonalds.
How can a McDonalds run out of Ketsup and Ketsup packets.
I was in there Sunday morning about 2:30 AM. I ordered a double cheeseburger a medium fry and a medium diet. I was charged $9.17 and I was charged that twice.
It’s a crooked operation. Be very careful. Les
When on my way home today I stopped for a treat. I watched 4 separate cars place their order and move ahead in the second drive up lane. So I said hello to the loudspeaker the girl calls back and says you have to wait. So confused not knowing if she was talking to me or maybe a co worker I sat there for approximately 5-7 minutes. McDonald's features a new compact and stuffy design, with no self-serve condiments. The staff serves fresh food quickly and can accommodate dietary restrictions. The restaurant has been noted for having both neat and clean interiors, and it offers touch screens for orders. While the seating is uncomfortable after the remodel, the drive-through provides convenience. Customers have reported enjoying meals like the Big Mac, which they found to be fresh and hot. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and the atmosphere may vary, with some noting a positive vibe thanks to polite and courteous staff. However, frustrations remain, such as the broken ice cream machine and the lack of evening coffee, which has drawn complaints from local workers.
