The young black lady that was in the drive thru yesterday was extremely friendly. I wouldnt leave a review about a fast food place but she was very kind and customer service friendly , especially at 9:52 pm on a Sunday!. Deserves a raise. That's the kind of help you want!
I showed up 30 minutes till close, not by my own choice. Still got my food quick, the food was good and the employee didn't seem bothered by my late arrival. Best Wendy's in portage.

I ordered a 10 piece chicken and fries and asked them to split it in half for my child and I to split. Not only were they graciously willing to accommodate, they even gave her a kids bag and toy!
Both women on staff on 10/12 in the evening are kind, thoughtful, and considerate to customers.
