literally disgusting. just go down the road to Hobart. we ordered 40 lemon pepper and all the wings were black because of how much seasoning they put. absoutley disgusting. also we ordered a large veggie that came with 3 celery and 3 carrots. i’m sorry? when we called the basically had a dgaf attitude and came up with no solution.

I ordered the eight wing combo, but in reality, I only get a four wing! Wings have three sections they have the tip they have the flat and they have the dram legs. why are people paying for a piece of part of the wing! people do the math, it’s simple they ripping us off in front of my eyes!

This location is terrible! Save yourself the hassle and go to the Hobart store instead. We placed an online order for the 20 piece and only received 15 wings. We were missing 5 boneless garlic parm we ordered. Not to mention, a few of the boneless wings weren’t even wings, but rather pieces of fried batter. I also had to add my own sauce because as well, because there wasn’t much sauce on the “wings”. I called the store to let them know we didn’t get our full order and asked if we could came back at a later day to pick it up as we were already home. The young girl on the phones says no , we can’t do that. You have to bring in your order and prove it was missing! How unprofessional is that!!? I asked her if they check the orders before they go out, she says they do but can’t do anything unless we drive all the way back and somehow prove that they made a mistake. Unreal.. we should have read the reviews first. I’m seeing this is happening a lot!

We ordered $70 worth of food tonight from the new Portage location. They didn't include all of our order when we received it and called in to ask about it, they said they did. The girl on the phone told my wife that the person who packed my order said they included it so insinuating we are lying. My wife asked if we could just have the parts of our order that were missing or even get refunded to our card. She said she can't do anything except take our info and we can get it another time. Which doesn't help us at all right now. My wife asked to talk to her manager and she said they're really busy so no. She will talk to her in the morning. I asked for the manager to call me back tonight and she hung up on me. Were super disappointed in this customer service and we were disappointed to not receive our whole meal that we payed for. Just ruined our night. Would recommend ordering from the Hobart location if you do order anything because portage is clearly a mess.

The app was super easy to use, and I got a confirmation email right away! The restaurant was clean, bright, welcoming and HUGE! The staff were friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious — the chicken sandwich was awesome! Would highly recommend it with the Original Hot Sauce!

If you can get here before 2PM it's great. Anything after that the wait time along with the price makes this place horrible. Even if you place an order and drive 20 minutes there....it's still a 15+ minute wait.

First time having Wingstop in over 10 years and decided to give this one a shot since it just opened by our house…. Very happy we did!!! Way better than Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings are bigger and way better quality!! We will definitely be back.
