I’ve been going to Wagner’s since I was a teenager. About four years ago, I moved to California, but I return home every six months. When I do, my girlfriend and I always make sure we hit Wagner’s for a slab of ribs. Just make sure to get your ribs ‘Tim’s Style’ — a little extra charred, with some extra sauce for your waffle fries.
We just stopped in for dinner at Wagner’s ribs after a lovely day at the beach. The food was outstanding; very high-quality at price is well below any fine dining experience you could encounter. But every bit is good as well. The waitress was a friendly gal; made some good suggestions. The place was a friendly tavern with Crownpoint football on TV. My husband enjoyed the ribs and I had the filet mignon. We both came home with plenty of food so I won’t have to cook tomorrow!...
Great place to eat! Friendly staff and cold beers. I know they are known for ribs but I was in the mood for fish and it did not disappoint, fantastic. Not dog friendly though even outside
