Have eaten here several times at supper, on the way through, and lunch. Each time the food has been good, the service efficient, and the beer cold & tasty! Typical bar food but well-done. Sandwiches, wings and salads. Good fries, onion rings and appetizers. Friendly place with both sports bar & restaurant seating. Good place!

Great family restaurant in Portland Indiana. Has a bar area but, well separated. Outdoor area for dining during the summer. Good atmosphere overall. Staff is very attentive. Reasonable wait for food. Food quality is very good. I had the blackened chicken ranch salad. Was very good.Vegetarian options: They did have very limited vegan options.Parking: Has handicap parking. Does have parking on side street if not enough in parking lot.Kid-friendliness: The family seating area is accommodating. Has a kids menu. Reasonably priced. Good portions.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access in parking, restaurant, and bathroom.

It had been quite a while since we ate at Buffalo Wings and Rings. We had intended to go to another restaurant for spouse's birthday, but it was closed for maintenance. So we decided to go to Wings and Rings. Spouse had a free dessert in rewards, so it made the decision that much more appealing. We were quickly seated since it was mid afternoon and it wasn't busy. Was relatively quiet and made for a nice place to celebrate a birthday. Our server was quick to arrive and take drink orders. We also ordered the Buffalo Chicken Nachos. Not a fan of Buffalo sauce but we decided to give it a try. I will say I was impressed. The ranch helped cut the taste and it turned out quite tasty. It was only after it arrived that our server informed us that we could order it with any of their bbq sauces. Might give that a try next time. We ordered our entrees next. Spouse had the Korean Chicken Sandwich. The chicken is beer battered and comes with Korean sauce and Asian slaw. I ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger (formerly known as the Ringer Burger) which has smoked bacon, Sweet BBQ sauce, pickles, cheddar jack cheese and an onion ring on top of the burger. We both had potato wedges as our sides with some spicy bbq to dip the wedges in. Spouse absolutely loved the Korean Chicken Sandwich. I had a taste and it was really good. Would recommend it. The BBQ Bacon Burger was just as good as I remembered. Juicy, full of flavor and enormous. The wedges were perfect as well. We really enjoyed our visit there. Then... the birthday dessert came. Chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream covered with chocolate and caramel drizzle with whipped cream on the sides. I don't know how it's made... but... it tasted like a dry box mix cake that they tried to dress up with the ice cream and whipped cream. Wasn't remarkable. Not something that ruined the meal, per se. Just not something I would order again. Not a make or break thing. Al in all, we had a great experience and I look forward to going back!

MVP battered chicken sandwich was great and the onion rings were on point. Great service and atmosphere.Not a place for everyday lunches, but when you don't want the same old same old, this is an escape.

My experience here was exceptional. Food temperature was spot on, service was excellent. Price okay. There is no competition; yet nothing was lacking. Keep up the great work service and food prep.
Liked the blueberry chicken sandwich but most of their food is spicy. Not everyone wants a ghost pepper burger with pepperjack cheese and a side of jalepenos. Service is pro.

The wings were good but as expected a bit messy. I also had the onion rings which were better than I was expecting. My drink up was also full and prices are as you would expect for this type of restaurant. For two of us we paid just over $38. Our waitress was great in all areas. The acoustics were not the greatest for someone like me suffering with hearing loss.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get into restaurant

We have driven by this nice-looking establishment for years, and this time we decided to stop in. There were 4 of us and we each ordered something different, and everyone was pleased. The fried haddock, chicken sandwich, Cesar salads, boneless wings, onion rings and beer were all good, which is unusual in my experience. The "medium" Buffalo sauce had just the level of heat expected. We were checked on repeatedly throughout our meal, just often enough, but not too often. The bathrooms were clean. The only markdown is atmosphere, because some of the upholstery on the booth seats is split. Otherwise, a very nice place to eat! Will definitely go back.
