Pulled up to the drive thru to staff in a shouting match about my order, which was an easy one; a ten peice and some sweet and sour sauce. Took forever to get my food while they fought. Still messed up the order. Hiring competent staff would help this rating.

Twice now that I have been to wendys I have had missing food. They even promised that it was all in the bag. I wouldn't be mad I it wasn't my sons food that is missing each time.

I went here for dinner with my daughter. We were in town for the day taking care of family business. The lady that took the order didn't listen to our order. We asked 3+times for a drink carrier and she never answered our request shut the window in our face and I ordered a pretzel baconator with one beef patty. I received a regular bun 2 patty baconator. Didn't not realize it was incorrect until we were away from the store. We had a long day and didn't feel like returning to get the order corrected.

Went through drive thru and they messed up order. Then had to go inside and get my reward card. Then when all was said and done the food wasn't what I ordered and cold. Wasn't about to go in a second time. Have trouble walking that's why I went through drive thru. It will be awhile before I go back to this one.

Wow! I have never been treated worst by any fast food resturant. Completely uncalled for nasty behavior by two women in their drive thru today. Jan 23rd 2024 at 12:30 , didn't explain my frosty tag to me, so when I asked where my frosty was at, they got mad at me, gave me my frosty and two women came to the women and yelled at me to MOVE! Told me I'm holding up the line, and I couldn't move because there was a car in front of me and behind me so I was trying to get out of the drivethru, they continued to yell out the women at me while I tried to move my car. I was in Complete shock that they were treating me like this. I'll be sure to call corporate, ridiculous absurd behavior.
