Went through drive thru and they messed up order. Then had to go inside and get my reward card. Then when all was said and done the food wasn't what I ordered and cold. Wasn't about to go in a second time. Have trouble walking that's why I went through drive thru. It will be awhile before I go back to this one.
My husband and I have been to this Wendy's a number of times. The GM Missi and her other managers sure know how to get it done. The manager Denise reccomend the triple baconater to my husband and he said she new exactly what she was talking about he was very impressed. She recommended the chili cheese fries for my self and she hit that right on the nose. The GM Missi was getting right in there with her crew helping to get those sandwiches out there. I haven't been to a Wendy's in quite some time and don't eat fast food very often, but the food and the service at the Portland location was exceptional. Would definitely go back.
