1pm on a Friday afternoon. I got inside for lunch and there's a few people a lot of tables empty. lady says how many and I said table for 1please. She says let me see if someone is about to leave... walks to the right looks both ways... comes back and says it will be a 10 minute wait. ??? 10 minute wait... open tables??? I walked out... If the don't want to serve folks they should just close the doors! Sad.... be a great spot for a restaurant.
We had been looking forward to going to The Red Wagon for some time. Got there last Saturday evening with our daughter and 2 & 5 y/o grand kids around 4:30 pm.
Parking lot was relatively empty as it was early for dinner.
Waited to be seated behind a couple for at least 10 minutes while employees ran around ignoring us.
Hostess finally came to the front and seated the couple in front of us immediately and then proceeded to tell us it was be at least a 25 to 30 minute...read full review
Last year we called to make reservations on Mothers Day and the woman on the phone says they don’t do reservations. This year we all showed up as a family and they said they were reservation only and the woman at the stand called me a liar!!! Horrible customer service!! Will not be back
