Ordered online. They don't accept discover cards so I had to use a credit card to order online. They made my sandwich wrong. I got onion & lettuce even tho I asked to have sandwich without.

Received excellent service. Despite being a very busy time of day and near shift change, Serenity was very nice and cordial in taking my order and preparing my food while appearing to be performing several job functions at the counter and window.
One of the selections at the fountain drinks was out, but the staff addressed the issue right away. Food was very hot and fresh and the order was accurate.

I pulled up at 22:50 because Google had Sunday close time listed at midnight. They were so kind as they made me fresh french fries and had my meal out within five minutes and it was perfect. Most places would just ignore you at the drive thru. This Arby's restaurant always has the best staff I've ever encountered. They are truly kind, friendly, hard-working, and are a rarity in the world today. I highly recommend this Arby's restaurant to everyone. Thank you, Arby's...
