Clearly they dont care about reviews when I look on here and see 2.9 I should have known ...ordered a to go order...get to the window and she says...hey im gonna pull you up because we havent even started it yet. It was 6 sandwiches and 6 hash browns...almost an hour to prepare total? We ordered 20 mins and now we've been in our spot for over 20 mins and still no food. I continue to watch cars get pulled forward.

McDonald's has faced some disappointment from customers regarding the quality of their steak, egg, and cheese bagel. One visitor expressed frustration over the lack of meat in their McChicken sandwich. Additionally, there have been complaints about long wait times for simple orders and improper wrapping. This restaurant seems to prioritize drive-thru times over customer satisfaction.
While many customers usually enjoy quick service, a recent visit for breakfast was marred by slow service due to only two employees working. One customer reported waiting about 45 minutes for two McDoubles during lunch, which were both incorrectly prepared with mayonnaise and did not come with fries or an apology.
On a positive note, a customer witnessed a touching moment at this McDonald's when a cook showed kindness to a homeless man by offering him a sandwich and a drink without being asked. This act of compassion moved the customer deeply and highlighted the importance of understanding others' struggles.
