I have had a lot of BBQ in my life, and this is HANDS👏🏻DOWN👏🏻 the best I have ever had. I ordered a slab of ribs and a pound of brisket, baked beans, and loaded potato slaw. The brisket is sooo tender and neither meat was dry at all. They were both still juicy, with excellent smoke rings. The BBQ sauce is sweet and tangy and compliments the smoke so well. Service is outstanding. As far as the food there are no words to describe how amazing the brisket pulled pork are! Tim's BBQ sauce is the best ever made!!!
