McDonald's on highway -- what else need I say? The food is kept at barely McDonald's standards, but the place is horribly disorganized and not well managed. Many beverages were out of order or empty, self ordering kiosks we're not functional, bathroom was not prestine, and the desks were a mess. Cashier was panicking because a family was ordering so many things at once, and I had to wait a while until the staff figured out how to handle the orders. I would not come here if this was not a McDonald's franchise where I could safely expect a minimum level of quality.

Stockton from a road trip wanted a cup of coffee and a couple apple pies they didn't have any apple pies and it was only like 7:00 sad I like my apple pies and coffee when I'm on a road trip otherwise everything was great

Lack of brain usage… they cut your drink carrier sides so they don’t need to struggle putting them in but then your drinks are just dancing on cardboard… not to mention that getting some grape jelly is like pulling a teeth from them.

I stopped in this facility as I was traveling. Their bathroom could have been cleaner than what it was. But it looked like the rest of the facility was clean.
Waited 15 minutes for a small order and watched 3 groups of people arrive, order, get their food, and leave before I could get a snack wrap. On top of that they messed up my order and forgot my water. Workers looked like scared lost children. Wouldn’t recommend

Very unprofessional manager this morning yelling at an employee over everyone in front of everyone employee was less obnoxious I believe it was a respect my authority complex on the manager's part also a good show for the 10 plus customers in the lobby waiting for orders
