Food and help was fine but it took 25 minutes to get our food. Not acceptable for McDonald's. Nothing ordered except standard menu items. Would not recommend thus location.

Clean the place up!!!! So gross! Bathrooms had water and toilet paper all over. I almost slipped. Ordered two happy meals and two sandwiches. They forgot all the drinks. Had to go back in. Very dirty!

Either update the hours you are open or abide with the hours you have posted online. And whoever answered the phone when we called to see why no one was helping us in the drive thru was incredibly rude. If you don’t like your job that much, then maybe find a different one.

Seems like every single time I go through this McDonald’s they somehow mess up the order. Missing fries, wrong burger toppings, wrong amount of nuggets. All thought I order on the app they still take atleast 10 minutes to get food out even with an empty restaurant. I can see workers standing talking so I have no idea how stuff is getting messed up.

I don't usually review, but cmon. First: staff is pretty great. The problem? Whoever is running it ordered such ridiculously thin and weak straws, they GET CRUSHED BY THE CUP LID. Stick the straw in, and it squishes it and cracks it so that you can't even drink out of it.
Should have thrown them out or sent em back when you got em. She'll out for something that WON'T break down within seconds of use...

The bathroom & restaurant was absolutely filthy & there was no one there. Someone from the back should have been keeping up with both areas. We took the last of the lids too. When the next gentleman came in he had to ask for one & still no one refreshed that area or cleaned anything up.

Fries were cold had to go inside because one order of fries were standind the other was laying fries out of box was still cold thought we would give it a try since its been awhile hasnt changed do not recomend this place they need to train employee will go to a different mcdonalds pretty bad i live 4 miles from the remington mcdonalds and it not good
