Workers coming from behind the counter to pet animals is utterly disgusting đ¤Ž, youâre literally handling peopleâs food and not washing your hands is insane. Please do better!!
The lady with the nose piercing and dark hair was crazy rude. me and my friends came at 10:30, they close at 11:30 so an entire hour before close. we ordered food and a baja blast, but then she forgot the baja blast and didnt put it on the bill. when we asked about it she said âyoull have to pay for itâ and we said âthats okayâ and she said âwell i already close the registers.â uhh at 10:30? she had a crazy attitude when she said it too so idk what her problem was. we were very polite the whole time also? idk dont work customer service if you cant fake kindnessđ¤ˇââď¸

I asked for double beans , it was only 1 serving! Why have a sign in front that says breakfast till 11am but you stop serving at 10am ! Goofy ish . I was looking forward to some hash brown
I was reprimanded for only putting the used tray by the garbage not the contents in the garbage. When I did not respond she said âhear me â I still didnât respond because she was trying to pick a fight with me.
They were super fast. Less than 3 minutes to have my food out. Dylan was friendly, taking my order. The place was clean and if it wasn't for the people having phone conversations on full volume while eating, everything would have been perfect.

Fryer down....made adjustments, ordered what could be done, been there, things happen....but just opening my soft taco, ive never seen 1 this anemic,unless it was ordered extremely light lettuce, as mine was not.

Look, i am a taco bell FIEN. but nothing makes me and my family more upset than rude/judgmental customer service. Whenever Denzel has been here to take orders, i know we arenât going to be happy with our food. Asked for a custom drink he looked at us in disbelief and disgust! received out food, barely anything was prepared nicely, potatoâs burnt to a crisp, tacos half empty! Is that what our country is coming to?

Got 2 beef burritos and 2 steak tacos. Left not thinking to check and instead bot just 4 ground beef burritos instead of 22 steak.

The hours needs to be changed. When a family comes through late at night and the hours online state that itâs open 24 hours and has been confirmed by the business, and then come to find out itâs actually not open, itâs very frustrating. Update the hours or abide to the hours you have posted online.
