The hours needs to be changed. When a family comes through late at night and the hours online state that it’s open 24 hours and has been confirmed by the business, and then come to find out it’s actually not open, it’s very frustrating. Update the hours or abide to the hours you have posted online.

Every time I go through the drive thru they forget at least two items every trip. I ordered a side cup of jalapeno sauce didn't receive it. They don't season the Nacho fries correctly, they skimp out on nacho cheese for some reason like its liquid gold and if you ask them about it you get special ed levels of confusion like you just asked them to solve some calculus equation. No one seems to know what they are doing.

They were out of hard taco shells, i was buying a combo. They only had loco doritos shells. I asked to swap for soft and she said she couldn't. I said ok to the doritos. Then found out they charged me 40 cents more. I asked and she said it was the managers decision. What kind of service is this? Must have too many unwanted doritos shells. And charging for them. Poor customer service and they cheap taco bell to charge for their purchasing errors.

I only gave it a 2 for service because I know you have staffing issues on and off cause I live local. My only real complaint is I always ask for no lettuce on my taco that comes with my meal. And 8/10 times you either ignore the statement or say ok and I get it with lettuce anyway.

Just spent 23 minutes in their drive-thru which means the service sucked AGAIN. The drive-thru girl had to apologize to the car ahead of us, & also apologize to us because they had an issue with our order too. They had SLOW service last time when we stopped & went in. This was their last chance & we won't ever be going back to That Taco Bell.
