They were out of hard taco shells, i was buying a combo. They only had loco doritos shells. I asked to swap for soft and she said she couldn't. I said ok to the doritos. Then found out they charged me 40 cents more. I asked and she said it was the managers decision. What kind of service is this? Must have too many unwanted doritos shells. And charging for them. Poor customer service and they cheap taco bell to charge for their purchasing errors.
I only gave it a 2 for service because I know you have staffing issues on and off cause I live local. My only real complaint is I always ask for no lettuce on my taco that comes with my meal. And 8/10 times you either ignore the statement or say ok and I get it with lettuce anyway.
Just stopped at drive thru maybe 6/16 10:15 ish? (included bc people working that night should be praised) No clue the names of the people working. Lady who took our order was very patient and actually repeated back the entire order head to toe. We didn’t get any drinks but as a true customer service person should asked if we wanted a drink and sauce at the drive thru. Going up to the window the gentleman actually read of the order to us again and we paid. Food was better than...
