They were short staffed, but still very quick, and friendly. They also got everything in our almost $50 order correct. We didn't go inside as it was late, so I didn't rate the atmosphere.
I often go to the Lafayette, IN taco bell as that is where I live. I decided to go to this location on my way home from work and it was amazing. Practically no wait, and my order was completely right with no skimping on ingredients for each item (it's often the opposite experience in Lafayette). Definitely the best taco bell I've been to so far!

Stopped after 10PM and only had 2 soft shell chicken tacos but they were fresh and very good. The location was right off interstates and dark parking lot with a few massive holes. Stayed in car as I don't care to travel alone at this time of night anyway.
